Staff sports as an important part of mass sports,it is an effective way to improve workers' physical health and work efficiency,it plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,it is also an important part of building a sports power and building healthy China.At present,The development of staff in large state-owned enterprises is not optimistic,there are many constraints,the increasing demand of fitness for the vast number of workers can not be satisfied,promoting the orderly development of staff sports,comprehensively improve the health level of the workforce,it is a very valuable subject.This study takes a large state-owned enterprise Beijing Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.(BAIC Group)as a case study,adopted the literature,the expert interview,the questionnaire and the combing statistical method,through the investigation of the union managers and ordinary workers of the 15 two level units of BAIC Group,analysis of the development of workers' sports activities.This paper summarizes the restrictive factors of the sports development of the group and explores the innovative mechanism of staff sports,it provides a scientific basis for the continuous and effective development of the employees' Sports in Baic group,to provide some suggestions for the construction of the sports work of the North sports group,to promote the better development of the staff in Baic group.Through research,the following conclusions are reached:1.The staff and workers' sports adopt the dual management mode of trade union and Sports Association of secondary units under the leadership of the Federation of Trade Unions,there are no full-time staff sports management departments,but there are full-time professionals responsible for sports activities.Workers have a higher level of cognition on sports,but the level of organization and management of sports competitions is insufficient,the workers' sports are mainly carried out by workers in two level companies,most of them are concentrated within the unit.2.The funds of staff and workers' sports in BAIC Group mainly come from trade union funds and company administrative appropriation,the fund guarantee of staff sports activities is better.BAIC Group doesn't have its own playground,the workers' games organized by the group trade union are mostly rented sports venues,the "staff house" of the group and its subordinate units has built a certain number of places of activity,but it can not satisfy the training needs of workers.3.The health condition of the staff is not very satisfactory,although most of the workers are well aware of sports,but physical exercise is not good,physical training is not systematic,every exercise time is short.Physical training is mainly in public sports venues,parks,residential areas and charging venues,the purpose of participation is more regular,there are more sports activities,the form of participation is mainly with friends(colleagues),sports consumption level is not high.4.There are five factors restricting the development of the staff in BAIC Group,that is,the management system of employee sports is not perfect,the operation mechanism of staff sports is not very smooth,the scope of staff sports is relatively limited,the content of activities is not attractive to employees,the guarantee system of staff sports is not perfect enough.5.The innovation of staff and workers' sports in BAIC Group should start from five aspects: idea,mechanism,organization,content and system,through the idea innovation,lead the staff sports with the new idea,through mechanism innovation,we should strengthen the innovation drive of staff sports,through organizational innovation,expand the scope of activities of staff sports,through content innovation,innovative projects suitable for staff characteristics,through institutional innovation,the system is ensured to be implemented.
