In 2021,the General Office of the General Administration of Sport of China proposed to "commend units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in implementing the National strategy of National Fitness and Healthy China and promoting the implementation of the national fitness plan in the past four years,fully reflecting the guiding significance and inspiring role of the advanced recognition of mass sports." Staff sports is an indispensable part of mass sports,which needs more research and attention.As the core of administration and business management in Jilin Province,the physical quality of employees directly affects the steady development of local society,and the development of staff sports in jilin province requires more extensive attention and research.This study mainly focuses on the status quo and countermeasures of the sports development of the staff of the direct organs in Jilin Province,and the staff of the direct organs in Jilin Province is the main object of investigation.By using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc.,in 177 in jilin province straight authority in the whole visit randomly selected 20 units in the survey and questionnaire,from the unit to carry out the frequency of staff sports,projects,site,funds and other aspects to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis,Finally,according to the research results,the present situation of the staff sports development in the direct organs of Jilin Province is obtained,and the causes of the present situation are systematically summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The conclusions are as follows :(1)the sports activities of the employees of the direct organs in jilin province are carried out in low frequency,with too simple content and form,single item selection,and low matching degree with the will of the employees.(2)The leaders of the direct organs of Jilin Province do not pay enough attention to workers’ sports,workers’ knowledge of sports is insufficient,social sports instructors are not equipped enough,and the development of inter-workshop exercises is not ideal.(3)The funds for sports activities organized within the unit are mainly union dues,supplemented by government appropriations.The utilization rate of the staff sports activity funds is low,the unit internal sports activity venues and equipment is not perfect.(4)Sub-health status of employees is common,and they do not actively participate in the sports activities of employees.According to the employees,the main factors that affect the development of the sports of employees in jilin province are interests and hobbies,the importance of leaders,family burden,professional guidance,and the conditions of facilities.The development measures are as follows :(1)the government departments should pay more attention to the staff sports,improve the staff sports policy,hold large-scale staff sports activities between the units of jilin provincial direct organs regularly,and increase the competition materials and honorary rewards.Fully promote the use of existing stadiums and facilities,and increase the construction of new stadiums.(2)Each unit should fully formulate the use plan of sports activity funds,improve the construction of sports venues within the unit,as well as the number of equipment and equipment,and at the same time strengthen the staff’s sports knowledge publicity work,improve the staff’s awareness of physical exercise.(3)The unit shall conduct regular physical examination of the staff to understand their physical and mental health.Before carrying out sports activities,we should fully consider the age and physical quality of the staff and organize rich interesting sports activities after actively listening to the opinions of the staff.(4)Leaders should strengthen the importance of staff sports,set up a reward mechanism to stimulate the participation of staff sports,speed up the allocation of social sports instructors,and implement the development of interworkshop exercises as soon as possible.
