Autonomy is the core characteristic of children’s games,and independent games pay more attention to children’s autonomy,but this does not mean that children are in a state of "laissez-faire" in independent games.The smooth development of independent play activities cannot be achieved without teachers’ support,which means teachers’ support for children’s autonomy,initiative and independence.Early childhood is a critical period for the development of children’s autonomy.Teachers’ supportive behaviors in independent games play an important role in the cultivation of children’s independent consciousness and ability.Based on the supportive behaviors of teachers in independent game activities,this study describes and analyzes the types of supportive behaviors of six teachers of different types and small,medium and large classes in F kindergarten of huaibei city in 30 times of independent game activities in a way of quality combination.The research mainly adopts the methods of observation and interview to collect data and analyze and study the supporting behaviors of teachers in children’s independent play activities.The research found that,on the whole,the level of teachers’ support behavior in independent play activities was low.Specifically,there are 10 types of support behaviors issued by teachers in independent play activities.After analyzing the types of teacher support behaviors,it is found that the main problems are as follows: the frequency of teacher support behaviors in unit independent play activities is low;And each kind of teacher support behavior in the unit independent play activity frequency is low.Then,observation,interview,literature review and relevant theories were used to find the influencing factors.Children’s game autonomy is often restricted by some factors outside of themselves.At last,this paper puts forward corresponding educational Suggestions for optimizing teachers’ autonomoussupport behavior from two perspectives of kindergarten management and preschool teachers.
