Teachers' practical knowledge is a kind of guiding knowledge that teachers use to summarize,refine and refine their teaching practice activities based on their personal experience.Since the 1980 s,the research direction of educational researchers on teachers has gradually shifted from paying attention to the industry standard "what teachers should know" to the practice of education "what teachers actually know",so the practical knowledge of teachers has gradually become a hot topic in educational research.Teachers' practical knowledge has always been regarded as a valuable asset accumulated silently in educational practice activities.However,there has been no specific research on the contribution of various knowledge sources to teachers' practical knowledge.Therefore,this paper investigates the contribution of biological teachers to practical knowledge from different sources,in order to use the survey results to provide reference for promoting the professional development of biology teachers.The research content mainly includes two parts: literature research and investigation research.Through the literature research,and get a preliminary understanding of the five dimensions of the teacher's practical knowledge content,a preliminary understanding of the source of teachers' practical knowledge,construct a theoretical framework,and prepare a questionnaire;the questionnaire preparation includes the preparation,testing and evaluation of the validity of the scale.The reliability of the questionnaire was above 0.7,the content validity was 0.84,and the structural validity KMO value was 0.713.The structure of the five dimensions was good and the reliability of the questionnaire was good.Then use the questionnaire to present the validity of the 10 practical sources of knowledge,the contribution of different sources of practical knowledge,and the views and needs of bio-teachers on practical knowledge.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper presents :(1)the 10 sources proposed in this study are effective;(2)“teacher's self-reflection”,“teacher training and senior teacher leadership”,“colleagues' classroom visits and after-school exchanges” and “educational internships” "The average value of the four sources is the highest,which is the source of the bio-teacher's ability to obtain and accumulate the contribution of practical knowledge;(3)The biology teachers believe that among the teachers' practical belief,what they need most is teacher's essential belief,what they lack most is situational knowledge,and what they master most is disciplinary knowledge.Based on the survey results,this study gives the following suggestions: setting up a teacher's curriculum to simulate educational situations,improving the educational situational experience;focusing on reflective training,ensuring opportunities for in-service teachers to share practical experience;reforming the educational internship mechanism,increasing the number of internships;focusing on core theory And skills training,set up a network training reward strategy.
