A new round of curriculum reform began in 2014.Compared with the traditional teaching,classroom teaching focuses more on cultivating students' thinking ability.Most students are still in a passive acceptance state in the actual learning process.They will not take the initiative to construct their own thinking,and their mastery of their own knowledge is ambiguous,especially for the study of factual knowledge,mainly by memorization.Although the abstract level generalization of factual knowledge is low,it covers important contents such as the nature,preparation and use of matter.In addition,it is not only to solve the "what" and "how" knowledge,but also the basis of learning chemistry.There is a lot of research on factual knowledge teaching.It is mainly about how to improve students' interest,strengthen students' memory and establish knowledge structure,but there are few descriptions of the methods of finding problems and the ways of thinking to solve them.Question sheet is a way of thinking in which the individual actively decomposes the problem after discovering the problem and divides it into different elements,then solves the problem by acquiring each element,so as to cultivate the problem-solving ability.In teaching,students can be guided to shape their autonomous learning ability,cultivate their problem awareness and improve their problem solving ability by applying question sheet.In the early stage of the study,the main content of factual knowledge of chemistry in senior high school is sorted out by using literature method.In addition,this paper interviews senior high school chemistry teachers on the teaching of factual knowledge by using interview survey method,and explores the influence of knowledge content,teaching strategies and teaching feedback on the teaching of factual knowledge and students' learning.Based on this,the paper designs the model of the question sheet for the content of chemical factual knowledge,and designs the difference of the question sheet according to the common application types of factual knowledge.It is divided into four parts to state the research results.The first part: the introduction.The research background,research status,research significance and research methods of factual knowledge and question form are introduced.The second part: the basic theory ofresearch on factual knowledge and question sheet is elaborated.The third part: this part investigates the current situation of the teaching of factual knowledge and explores the reasons why students are difficult to learn factual knowledge.The fourth part: the core content.The principles,methods,evaluation criteria and models of the form design for factual knowledge problems are constructed.The fifth part: this part focuses on the optimization of the limitations of form teaching for factual knowledge problems.
