In the 1980s, the educational field of the U.SA put forward the education sector "by the problem-solving for school educational centre",it had a strong impact in the international community and "problem solving" was proposed. Thereafter, people started to research the problem-solving theory in the teaching application from discipline teaching angle. Theory achievement about problem-solving emerge one after another incessantly. But these massive theories need to enrich and strengthen reality unceasingly the instructional function through educating practices, and the vivid education practice will also cause the education fundamental research to be unceasingly deeper. So the problem needs to solve urgently on discipline problem-solving that how to achieve theory to practice in chemistry. This article is precisely based on this point, and on the basis of the existing theoretical research results, and with the practice and own ponder, it attempts to build an effective bridge that can communication chemistry problem-solving teaching theory and practice.This research is primarily divided into seven parts.The first part,it discussed the research background ,the research goal and the method which the topic proposed. The second part is the research rationale. There are three aspect contents. First it summaries the research present situation of the domestic and foreign. Then it enumerates correlation theories foundation. Finally it introduces several concepts.The third part analysis the application that the problem-solving mode in practice. First it analyzed several questions which should pay attention in chemistry teaching. Next it elaborated pattern and the principle simply of the chemistry problem-solving teaching. Finally, it summarized influencing factors that utilize this method.Associated with the basis of theoretical and actual situation, it built the mode by teaching the "chemical equilibrium" for example in fourth part and this part is the focus of this paper. In this part, it is focus on the meaning of the scene of the problem, the creation of the principles and strategy, and analysis of the problem explicitly. There are two examples that can explain this pattern in the teaching utilization.In fifth part, it advanced the Problem-solving model using attempt, process and analyzed the results through the implementation of the relevant information.The sixth part expounded the problems, the influencing factors and some questions that need to solve in the problem-solving teaching process.The seventh is the conclusion part. It summarized some conclusions that the research obtains and some deficiencies.
