Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study the influence of the non-dominant leg of volleyball players on their dominant leg,non-dominant leg and the maximum strength,explosive force and jumping force of both legs on the basis of the double leg weight-bearing semi-squat exercise,so as to provide a reference basis for the future jumping strength training of volleyball players.Research methods: The main methods used in this study are documentation,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.Eighteen female volleyball players from Beijing Sports University were selected as subjects.The maximum strength of one leg and two legs was measured by single leg push-up and double leg barbell squat.The instantaneous velocity,vertical jump height and relative power index of CMJ squat jump of one leg and two legs were measured by Kistler three-dimensional dynamometer.In order to avoid the influence of special position,the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots at the same special position.After eight weeks of half squat exercise,the subjects were tested.Every Wednesday,the experimental group and the control group all performed leg weight exercise,and every Monday and Friday,only the experimental group performed non-dominant leg weight exercise.Finally,the data were paired samples T test within the group and independent samples T test between groups.The results showed that: 1.After the experiment,the instantaneous velocity,jump height and relative power of the dominant legs,non-dominant legs and one-legged push-up,double-legged barbell squat and CMJ test were significantly improved in both groups.2.After the experiment,there are still significant differences between the dominant leg and the non-dominant leg in the performance of single leg push-up and the instantaneous speed,height and relative power of single leg take-off from the table,while the difference between the two legs in the experimental group is reduced.3.After the experiment,there is no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the performance of superior leg push-up and the instantaneous speed,height of vertical jump and relative power value of off-platform when taking off,but there are significant differences in each index between the control group and the experimental group,and the increase range of non-superior leg in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group.4.The instantaneous speed,height of vertical jump and relative power of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Research conclusions:(1)The weight squatting exercise can effectively improve the maximum strength and explosive power of the volleyball player's one leg and legs,promote the improvement of the ability of one leg and two legs to take off,and effectively develop the bouncing force of the lower limbs.(2)Due to the influence of the external environment,volleyball players generally have the phenomenon of superior and non-superior legs,and there are great differences in the maximum strength,explosive force,and single leg bounce force levels of the two legs.The difference between the dominant and the non-dominant legs can be improved by the weight squatting exercise on the non-dominant legs.(3)After practicing the non-dominant legs on the basis of the two legs,the maximum strength,explosive force,and bounce force of the superior legs and the non-dominant legs are more effective than the two legs after only the two legs are loaded.The effect is better.The increase is even greater.(4)Under the same weight and squatting practice method,the practice of adding non-dominant legs can improve the maximum strength of the volleyball player's legs,explosiveness and the bounce ability of the legs,promote the improvement of the overall sports level of volleyball players,and achieve better sports results.
