In recent years,with the rapid rise of the Chinese women's volleyball team,volleyball,as an advantageous event in China's competitive sports,requires high-strength,high-level confrontation,fast attack and defense conversion and other volleyball events,requiring athletes to have good special physical fitness and high The ability to complete the action can make the special volleyball technology both offensive and stable.Therefore,for volleyball players,the improvement of special bounce quality is very important.This research mainly uses the experimental method,taking 20 girls and 27 boys of the 2019 physical education major of Shandong Normal University School of Physical Education as the experimental objects,applying the jump training to the volleyball general bounce quality training,and dividing it into two experiments Group and a control group,all three groups were given 12 weeks of experimental training.The experimental group mainly uses deep jump training and weight-bearing deep jump training,and the control group mainly uses traditional bounce training.In the experiment,the two experimental groups and a control group were intervened separately to compare the effects of the three training methods.The specific experimental results of this study show that:(1)After the 12-week experiment,all indicators in the three groups of experiments have improved after the experiment.Weight-bearing jump training,jump-deep training and traditional bounce training have significant differences in the improvement of the volleyball general bouncer's special bounce quality.The effects of load-bearing jump training and jump training are more significant.(2)After a 12-week experiment,the weight-bearing jump training is better than the jump training for improving the specific bounce quality of volleyball students and boys.The comparison of the average value of the data after the two groups of experiments shows that the seven test indicators of the special bounce quality of the girls after the weight-bearing deep training have been improved.The boys mainly need to improve the two-foot run-up,one-foot run-up and in-placetwo-foot jump.Better than deep jump training.(3)After 12 weeks of experiment,for the general volleyball students who have a certain sports foundation,after the analysis of the experimental data,the weight-bearing jump training and the special jumping quality improvement of the jump training are better than the traditional jump training,but the statistical difference is significant not enough.(4)In the teaching of college sports volleyball courses,compared with traditional bouncing strength training,weight-bearing jump training and jump training are simpler,scientific,and easy to use,which promotes the improvement of the special bounce quality of volleyball general students and enhances athletes' spiking and blocking,The quality and power of skipping and jumping skills.
