Objective:In the preparatory activities before the badminton match, the full mobilization of lower limb explosive force is of vital importance for badminton players to have excellent sports performance and win the match.Post activation potentiation effect refers to the phenomenon that muscle’s contraction ability is improved instantaneity after being stimulated by appropriate load. The post activation potentiation can instantaneity improve muscle’s explosive force in the warm-up stage of competition, which is helpful to improve sports performance during competition. Therefore, this paper explores the characteristics of the post-activation enhancement effect of the two pre-stimulation programs of depth jump and half squat on the lower extremity explosive power of special badminton students, and enriches the training means to effectively improve the explosive power of special lower extremity in the preparation activities of badminton matches and training. Methods:Subjects and grouping:16 badminton students(proficient in various basic badminton skills, with more than four years of strength training experience)were randomly divided into depth jump group(n=8)and weight-bearing squat group(n=8).Pre-stimulation scheme:deep jump group was performed 10 times X 2 groups, the height of jump box was 60cm,the spacing of jump box was 90cm,and the interval between groups was 2min.The weight-bearing squat group was given 85%1RM squat, once ×3 groups, and the interval between groups was 1min.Indicator test:Standing long jump, double leg take-off swing, lateral jump, forward and backward movement, and left and right movement were tested at different time points before and after the pre-stimulation at 3min,6min,9min,12min and 15min.Data statistics:Two-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to analyze whether there was significant difference between groups and within groups at each time point, and whether there was interaction between groups and time.Results:1.Standing long jump:Compared with the baseline value, the deep jump group had significant difference at 3min and 6min after pre-stimulation(P<0.05)(baseline value:2.656±0.071m,3min:2.740±0.089m,6min:2.763±0.052m);2.There was no significant difference in the weight-bearing squat group at each time point after pre-stimulation(P>0.05).2.The loading rate of vertical force(Fz loading rate)in double take-off swing:compared with the base value, the deep jump group had significant difference in 6min(P<0.05)(base value:127.596 ± 43.227N/s,6min:191.224±97.866N/s);The weight-bearing squat group had significant difference at 9min and 12min after pre-stimulation(P<0.05),and had very significant difference at 15min(P<0.01)(baseline value:135.241±36.984N/s,9min:182.579±68.718N/s,12min:186.148+/-87.673 N/s,15 min:198.719+/-82.920 N/s).3.Lateral jump:Compared with the baseline value, there was no significant difference between the deep jump group and the weight-bearing squat group at each time point after pre-stimulation(P>0.05).4.Forward and backward movement:Compared with the baseline value, the difference of 6min and 9min after pre-stimulation was very significant(P<0.01)(baseline value:19.383±0.899s,6min:18.908±0.823s,9min:18.651±0.687s).In the weight-bearing squat group, there were significant differences at 6min and 9min after pre-stimulation(P<0.01)(baseline value:18.893±0.945s,6min:18.271±0.681s,9min:18.310±0.691s).5.Left and right movement:compared with the baseline value, the deep jump group had significant difference at 6min and 15min after the prestimulation(P<0.05),and had very significant difference at 9min and 12min(P<0.01)(baseline value:14.753±0.490s,6min:14.538±0.289,9mins,12min:14.629 ± 0.342s,15min:14.741±0.382s);In the weight-bearing squat group, there were significant differences at 12min and 15min after pre-stimulation(P<0.05)(reference value:14.710±0.338s,12min:14.458±0.289s,15min:14.416±0.434s).6.At the 6th minute after the pre-stimulation,the standing long jump performance of the depth jump group was significantly higher than that of the weight-bearing half squat group(P<0.05),and there were no differences in other indicators between the groups before and after the prestimulation.Conclusion:1.The time point of significant improvement of left and right mobility and special jumping ability in the depth jump group was earlier than that in the weight-bearing half squat group.2.Within 15 minutes after the deep jump prestimulation, the badminton students showed the most obvious effect of the post activation potentiation of lower limbs at the 6th minute.3.Both the deep jump and the half-squat with the appropriate load can make the badminton special students lower limb obvious post-activation potentiation of lower limb explosive force.
