Objective: In this study,mainly on aerobic endurance training.Combined with dietarycontrol and psychological adjustment.Auxiliary to the behavior of supervision andcontrol.Short-term for obese children closed comprehensive intervention.To explore thecomprehensive intervention in improving the obese children body fat composition,promotethe role of physical and mental health.Provide a scientific basis for explore methods tocombat childhood obesity.Methods: To the average weight of69.22±15.735kg19obese children involved insports.diet control.psychological intervention and behavior monitoring comprehensiveintervention.Use:1.Literature:Access at home and abroad literature related to the preventionand treatment of childhood obesity,provide a scientific basis for the formulation ofintervention programs.2.Questionnaire:Short-term closure of comprehensive intervention on19obese children,conducted a questionnaire survey before entering and out of thecamp,including:①Body self-esteem scale(Used to determine and analyze the degree ofconfidence of the obese child psychology);②Exercise attitude scale(Used to determine andanalyze obese children towards the attitude of physical exercise);③Exercise induced moodquestionnaire(For the measurement of experience in physical exercise changes the role ofmental health);④The students relationship scale(Used to determine and analyze children totheir friends and get along with the outside world mentality and behavior); Twice using thesame questionnaire,sort out the valid questionnaires conduct statistical analysis.3.Measurement:Measurement of body composition in obese children,15days into the campclosed before and after training(Muscle weight,Fat-free mass,percentage of body fat,bodywater, inorganic salts,proteins,basal metabolic rate,total energy consumption,)4.Mathematical statistics:The use of statistical software the SPSS17.0on the access to data forpaired T-test statistical analysis. Results:1.After15days of short-term closed-end integrated intervention,Weight of the19obese children, body mass index(BMI),fat-free mass, fat content, percentage of body fatwere significantly decreased(P<0.01).2.After15days of short-term closed-end integrated intervention,body water of obesechildren,inorganic salts and proteins were significantly decreased(P<0.01),the basalmetabolic rate was significantly decreased(P<0.01).3.After15days of short-term closed-end integrated intervention, vitality index of19obesechildren in sports, body calm index, physiological fatigue index, and whether activelyinvolved in four showed significant improvement(P<0.01).4.After15days of short-term closed-end integrated intervention, obese childrenself-confidence rise, performance treat movement habits for obese children, target attitude,behavior of cognitive, emotional experience, self subjective standards, behavior control,behavior and attitude and behavioral intention eight aspects were significantly improved(P<0.01).5.After15days of short-term closed-end integrated intervention, obese children inconversation with the students, friends, interpersonal skills, and the opposite sex exchangeshave significantly increased of the four aspects(P<0.01).6.After15days of short-term closed-end integrated intervention, before the self-esteem inobese children lose weight, anxiety, doubt the psychological state of being discriminatedagainst, after impose comprehensive intervention, significantly improved; Physicalself-esteem, exercise capacity, the body’s natural condition, physical attractiveness, physicalfitness and other aspects has been markedly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.15days of closed-end integrated intervention can effectively achieve the less body fat,reduce weight, improve the role of body composition,2.15days of closed-end integrated intervention can effectively correct physical exerciseattitude of obese children,enhance the body’s self-confidence,improve the relationshipbetween students,promote the obese children’s physical and mental health.
