As one of the important factors affecting the performance of sprint,sprinting technique plays a vital role in the improvement of sprint performance.Many examples suggest that technique is the cornerstone of climbing the peak of performance.Dash technique is extremely important for young athletes.Based on the analysis and collation of the literature,this paper mainly applies the video analysis method.The kinematics analysis of the sprint technique of the Chinese men's 100-meter athletes of 14-17 years old is taken as the research object,trying to pass the Chinese athletes of the age of 14-17.The whole process of speed rhythm and en route technique is analyzed by kinematics.The characteristics of the whole course speed of the athletes in this age group and the technical characteristics of the en route are summarized.The difference between the different groups of athletes' sprint technique is analyzed by the scores.Provide training for athletes and coaches.The study concluded that:(1)Through the research on the whole-course speed rhythm of China's male 100-meter athletes aged 14-17 years old,it is found that the characteristics of the whole-course speed rhythm of this age group are "single peak type",that is,after starting from the first 20 m,the speed accelerates sharply,reaches the maximum speed at 50 m,and then the speed begins to decline significantly.The characteristics of the speed rhythm of China's young male 100-meter athletes between 14 and 17 years old are the same as those of China's adult elite male athletes,but there are differences between them and foreign elite athletes.Such differences should be paid more attention to by China's 100-meter athletes and coaches.(2)Through to our country 14 to 17 young men's 100 meter athletes run technology on the way of study found that the cause of the influence on the speed of hundreds of meters and training factors and has nothing to do with age,from 14 to 17 different level differences between the young men's 100 meter athletes running speed on the way are the main original single step time support in time,in single step technology of secondary group is level 3 support legs down the ground more quickly and in buffer have better rigidity,the swinging leg folding more compact swing at the same time actively,arm swing is more positive.(3)Through the study of the correlation between the parameters of different time phases and the pace of the single-step support of the Chinese athletes of the 14-meter-old group of 14-17 years old,it is found that the second-level athletes of this age group are on the ground at the moment.The most important role of the speed rise is the ground angle,followed by the support leg angle,the support leg hip angle,the support leg knee angle and the swing leg angle;the most important role of the vertical buffer time on the pace is the support leg angle and Supporting the knees of the legs;the most important role of the rear squats on the pace is the support legs and the support knees.
