Objective: Through the kinematics analysis of the first six athletes in the men’s110m column in 2018 in the ninth column and the tenth column,this paper finds out the differences and personality characteristics of the athletes in the technology,and understands the current status and development trends of the men’s 110 m column athletes in China.Discover sports talents with potential in hurdling projects.Research object and method: This article takes the top 6 athletes in the men’s 110 m hurdles final of the National Championship and Grand Prize Finals(Asian Games tryouts)held in Guiyang on June 17,2018 as the research object.By means of literature method,expert interview method,kinematics analysis method,mathematical statistics method,contrast analysis method and sports statistics method,the kinematics analysis was carried out on the athletes ’inter-column running and cross-column steps.Results:1.In the 9th and 10 th columns,the 110 m hurdles player once used the shortest time for the flight of 0.37 s in the 9th column and 0.36 s in the 10 th column.Zhangtao was0.39 S and 0.38 S;The maximum time taken by Lijiming to vacate the column is 0.42 S and 0.44 s in column 9.There is a high correlation between clearance time and athletic achievement.2.According to the analysis of the time,speed and pace used to run between the columns in the 9th and 10 th columns,the six athletes in the men’s 110 m hurdles final in China have a reasonable interval.3.Zeng Jianhang,who won the first place in this competition,had a final score of13.65 s(personal best result),which is somewhat different from the world’s top athletes.The measured data shows that the time spent on traversing is more than domestic and foreign outstanding athletes.0.02 S to 0.03 s,This is the key to his final performance.Research findings:1.In the process of the men’s 110 m hurdles in the ninth and tenth columns,the angles of the raised angles and the raised angles of the vertical and knee angles fluctuate greatly,and the two columns play unstable,which will lead to difficulties in crossing the hurdles and increase the time for vacating.Athletes should find their own range and angle,shape the technology,shorten the cross-leg support time,and quicklyand actively attack the bar.2.China’s men’s 110 m hurdles in the 9th and 10 th columns have the problem of excessive time to vacate the hurdles,which directly affects the athletes ’overall level,and the cross-leg support time and swing leg support time are longer than those used by outstanding athletes at home and abroad.This has resulted in an increase in the time spent in the transition phase between the hurdles and the hurdles.Shortening the time to vacate the blank is still a top priority for future training.3.The men’s 110 m athletes in China have a large landing angle and a close landing distance,but the "braking distance" has a long impact on the speed of the lower column’s rapid transfer to the bar.The practice of accelerating the winch action is the key to breaking through the technique of landing the lower bar.
