Walking is the advantageous events of Track & Field sports in china, and also one of the items which have the most golden medals in Olympic games. It is key project of Olympic Glorious Program. Therefore, young walker is the hope of the future. Correct, coordinate technical action is the guarantee for finishing the race in athletes, and also the guarantee of excellent performance of athletes.In this study, total of 11 athletes are object of study which are women’s top six and men’s top five in Benxi Commercial Bank Cup, the 2011 National Race Walking Grand Prix (Benxi station) 16-17 year-old Junior (10km) male and female Walking Athletes. Using literature, expert interviews, biomechanical testing and mathematical statistics method, race walking action of athletes are analyzed from the three indicators of the time, space, time and space. The result shows that:juvenile walking racers is shorter than excellent walking racers lies on the step size and step frequency, juvenile female walking racers is shorter than excellent female walking racers but juvenile male walking racers is longer lies on vertical displacement of the gravity, It has no significant difference on the angle of knee joint (at the moment of touching ground and the moment of leaving ground) and ankle joint angle of the supporting leg between juvenile and excellent walking racers. There is great difference on elbow angle between juvenile walking racers and excellent female walking racers both sexes. The average velocity in the whole course of juvenile walking racers are smaller.The following conclusions:1.The measured average step size of 16-17 year-old juvenile female walking racers (0.98m) is shorter 0.11m than excellent female walking racers; and their step frequency (3.15steps/sec) is smaller 0.53 steps/sec than excellent female walking racers. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the both. However, The average step size of the juvenile male (1.14m) is shorter 0.06m than excellent male walking racers; and their step frequency (3.13steps/sec) is smaller 0.42 steps/sec than excellent male walking racers. So, their step frequency is more needed. The average flight time of juvenile female (17.75ms) and male (32.92ms) walking racers is reasonable, technical movement is meet the requirement of new race rules.2.The average vertical displacement of the gravity of body of 16-17 year-old juvenile female walking racers (5.69cm) is shorter 1.61cm than excellent female walking racers, so it is more beneficial to maintain horizontal speed. However, The average vertical displacement of the gravity of body of juvenile male (6.19cm) is longer 0.29cm than excellent male walking racers, it is relatively great, and has influence on horizontal velocity. It has no significant difference on the angle of knee joint ((at the moment of touching ground and the moment of leaving ground) and ankle joint angle of the supporting leg between juvenile and excellent walking racers There is great difference on elbow angle between juvenile walking racers and excellent female walking racers both sexes.3.The average velocity in the whole course of 16-17 year-old juvenile female walking racers (3.15m/s) is shorter 0.62m/s than excellent female walking racers. The average step size of the juvenile male (3.63m/s) is shorter 0.6m/s than excellent male walking racers; There is a lot of space can be improved on the speed of juvenile walking racers...
