Research purposes: In the sprint project,the explosive power of the lower limbs is very important for the improvement of the scores,while the lower jump and deep jump are the most commonly used indicators for improving and evaluating the explosive power of the lower limbs.The men's 100-meter athletes in the track and field single training base in China were tested for sports quality,squat,and deep jump,and mastered the overall situation of the explosive force of the lower limbs of the men's 100-meter athletes in China's single training base.Exploring the correlation between each indicator and the athletes of 100 meters.Different groups are used to explore the differences between athletes of different levels and ages.The difference between excellent athletes and ordinary athletes is found.The characteristics of lower limb extinctions of athletes of different ages and levels are summarized,and the coaches and athletes contribute to training,material selection and improvement.Research methods: This paper mainly uses test method and mathematical statistics method to study 164 male athletes aged 12-17 in China's track and field training base.The subject was subjected to a sports field test and a Kistler three-dimensional force table using a test method.The site test includes 30 meters,60 meters,100 meters,standing long jump,and then throwing a solid ball.The force test includes the following: maximum force value,vacant altitude,impulse,power;jump depth includes: first peak,first A trough,second peak,power,impulse,and altitude.The mathematical statistics method was used to correlate the indexes of 164 athletes with the special scores of 100-meter athletes.The T-test was used to explore the differences between different levels and ages in different groupings.Research findings and conclusions:(1)There is a significant correlation between the 100-metre performance of male100-metre athletes in track and field training bases in China and the indicators reflecting the explosive strength of lower limbs.There were significant correlations between the indicators of sports quality,squatting and 40 cm jumping depth and the 100 m performance.Among them,60 meters showed significant positive correlation r=0.904(p<0.01),and 30 meters showed significant moderate positive correlation.r=0.655(p<0.01),the standing long jump,the back throwing solid ball,the lower jump index(impulse,maximum force,vacant altitude),and the deep jump impulse showed a significant moderate negative correlation,the correlation coefficient was-0.659-0.586,-0.6602,-0.423,-0.478,-0.456,P values are all less than 0.01.(2)There are significant differences in the explosive power of lower limbs of men's 100-meter athletes of different levels in the single track and field training base of our country.Grouping by Sports Achievements,the indicators of the excellent group test are better than the ordinary group,and there are very significant differences(P<0.01)with the four qualities and the 100-meter score.The maximum force value,the vacant altitude,the maximum power,and the impulse are very high.Significant difference(P<0.01),there was a significant difference(P<0.01)from the second peak and impulse of the deep jump,and there was a significant difference between the jump height,the first trough,and the amount of stress.P < 0.05),but there was no difference in the vacancy height,the first peak and the stretching time in the 40 cm jump(p>0.05).(3)The explosive power of lower limbs of male 100-meter athletes in track and field training bases in China is not related to age and sports level.The indicators of the excellent group were significantly higher than those of the general group,and the excellent group of the 14-15 year old athletes and the general group were in sports quality(60 meters,100 meters).There was a significant difference(P<0.05),a middle squat and a swell height,and a significant difference in the second peak of the deep jump(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in sports quality(30m,60 m,100m)between the 16-17-year-old excellent group and the ordinary group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the same age and different ages(P>0.05).(4)The indexes such as 60 m,standing long jump,backthrow solid ball,maximum power value(CMJ),impulse(CMJ),flying height(CMJ)and impulse(DJ)can be used to evaluate the explosive power of lower limbs in sprinting projects.
