Objective:Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that expresses women's unique beauty and has great artistic expression.In the rhythmic gymnastics competition,under the coordinated accompaniment of music,the athletes use the freehand or hand-held light equipment to softly control their own body while showing the naturalness and rhythm of the movement,as the evaluation of the difficulty coefficient of the movement.A female competitive sports program of competition standards.At the beginning of the rhythmic gymnastics movement,it was a female entertainment sports project of mass fitness.However,with the continuous development of modern rhythmic gymnastics,a kind of competitive sports that embodied modern competitive nature was formed.Rhythmic gymnastics is a type of sport-oriented and difficult-to-beautiful sports.It combines various complex body movements in rhythmic gymnastics.Under the high technical requirements of modern rhythmic gymnastics,rhythmic gymnastics coaches and athletes spend most of their training time on technical training in design training,but with the continuous development and progress of competitive sports in various countries around the world,more and more Competitive sports began to focus on physical training,and modern athletic rhythmic gymnastics is also thinking about the development of scientific training in order to follow the progress of the times.In the special technique of rhythmic gymnastics,there are a large number of jumping-type technical movements,and there are various types of jumping movements.In order to complete these movements,athletes must have sufficient jumping ability,coordination,and vacant time.Athletes are required to have strong explosive power of the lower limbs.However,in recent years,there have been relatively few research literatures on the explosive power of rhythmic gymnastics.Most of them focus on technical training such as action arrangement,and the literature on physical training of rhythmic gymnastics is relatively scarce.The purpose of this study is to take the Shaanxi Provincial Rhythmic Gymnastics Team as an example to explore the training methods that are beneficial to improve the explosive power of the lower extremities of the rhythmic gymnastics athletes.Through the experimental analysis and comparison of the super-equal training methods-the different training heights of the deep jump design for the rhythmic gymnastics The impact of the project's explosive power,accurate design in the physical fitness training of the artistic explosives.Methods:The research object is 24 outstanding athletes of Shaanxi Provincial Rhythmic Gymnastics Team,aged 12-18 years old.The 24 athletes were randomly divided into three groups,and the unique variables were designed for different depths of jump.The heights of the jump boxes were:30cm,60cm,and 90cm.For the 10-week different heights of the deep-seated training,the comparison index of the test explosive force was selected:run-up Vertical jump,4jump vertical jump,standing long jump,30m sprint run.During the whole experimental period,the training content of the athletes was guaranteed to be completely consistent.The test was conducted before the experiment and after the 10-week deep-seated training.The development of the test results of the lower extremity explosive force test indexes before and after the three groups of players were compared and analyzed.The effect of deep-seated deep-seated training on the performance of lower extremity explosives of artistic gymnastics athletes.Result:1.Through the comparison of the test results before and after the 10-week deep training(the run-up vertical jump,the in-situ vertical jump 4jump,the standing long jump,the 30m sprint run),it can be seen that the variation range and different height of each test index of each group The deep jump training has a significant correlation(p<0.05);2.After the experiment,the 30cm height group and the 60cm height group had the largest change in the 4jump test scores of the run-up vertical jump and the in-situ vertical jump;the 90cm height group had a large change in the standing long jump and the 30m sprint test score.3.From the research of test indicators,it can be seen that for the rhythmic gymnastics movement,the special jumping feature of the project is continuous vertical jump,emphasizing the coherence and gracefulness of the air movement,and the closest to its special jumping characteristics is the running vertical jump and In-place vertical jump 4jump.Therefore,it can be seen from the test data before and after the training that the height of the jump depth for the development of the special lower extremity explosive force is 30cm-60cm,and the optimum height is 60cm.4.For the development of the cycle of deep training,it is recommended that the training period is more than eight weeks,and the improvement effect is remarkable.
