An Empirical Study On The Introduction Of Outward Bound Training Into Secondary Vocational School Physical Education

This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the development of sports teaching in Fujian construction school as the experimental object,and selecting two parallel classes of 1502 classes and 1501 classes as the control group and the experimental group.Outward bound training is introduced in physical education teaching to carry out theoretical analysis and experimental research.Research shows;1.The development of the training into the physical education,in line with the characteristics of secondary vocational school physical education,is an organic supplement to sports,and a good embodiment of the guiding ideology of the new teaching reform.2.The survey found that it is a feasible mode for the secondary vocational school to adapt to the requirements of the times to introduce the development of the training into the school physical education in accordance with the needs of the students’development.3.The development of the training conforms to the characteristics of physical education,which is conducive to the development of students’physical and mental health.It can cultivate students interest in sports,enhance their physical ability and improve their relationship.It can provide reference for the reform of physical education in secondary vocational schools.4.Outward bound can serve the purpose of physical education,thus enhancing the cultivation of students’non professional ability.In view of the results of this study,it is suggested that the training of expanding training,the content of teaching and the goal of teaching should be reasonable and the curriculum resources should be explored and expanded in practice,and the safety is the first element to expand the implementation of the training.
