With the rapid development of today's social economy and the increasingly updated technology,the competition situation has become more intense,and everyone faces various challenges in this development environment.Therefore,individuals must further enhance their social adaptability to actual needs.The traditional physical education teaching mode is mainly based on "teaching" in the classroom teaching,comprehensively cultivates the professional knowledge and skills of the majority of learners,and requires students to master some necessary methods of physical fitness,but this kind of teaching The method does not give high attention to the psychological quality of college students.In order to better adapt to the pace of social development,we need to design a set of scientific and innovative physical education teaching mode according to actual needs.Expanding the training of this new teaching model,in the implementation of the individual will to hone,improve the personality and teamwork spirit,communication skills and other abilities to promote the importance of the promotion.In the process of specific analysis and research,this paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the current main status quo,the deficiencies and reasons for the public physical education teaching implementation and development training promotion in Gansu Province.On this basis,According to the actual needs of the current reform of physical education teaching mode in colleges and universities,a reasonable and effective solution strategy and implementation plan are proposed.The research object of this subject is the implementation of the expansion training in public physical education in colleges and universities in Gansu Province.It is comprehensively carried out through research methods such as literature research method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey and interview method.1.Expansive training has developed rapidly in the field of education and teaching in China,but it is still in the initial development period due to some factors in the general colleges and universities.The expansion training has different differences in the projects implemented in major universities,usually opened.It is a site,a field,and a water project.2.At present,the teaching mode of public physical education in ordinary colleges and universities in China mainly adopts the traditional way.Teachers in the classroom teaching are mainly knowledge transfer,while learners are passively receiving knowledge.However,the new curriculum concept puts forward higher requirements for students,pays attention to the main status of the learners in the classroom,and at the same time,the requirements for college students' comprehensive literacy are more strict.In addition to focusing on the study of students' professional knowledge,the new education model pays more attention to the spiritual sublimation of students;it closely links the individual's social perspective and individual comprehensive development.It is necessary to further compensate and optimize the traditional education model in response to the needs of the times.3.Expanding the training for the comprehensive development of college students' personality needs,it has a great strengthening effect on the self-management and social skills of college students.The expansion training has flexible activities,andthe venue and equipment are designed and arranged according to the theme of the course.Combining relevant themes to guide students to actively participate in the activities to analyze and discuss the problems,sum up the experience of success and failure.And effectively return to real life,these teaching objectives are not effectively realized in traditional physical education.4.The opening of the expansion training courses in colleges and universities is in fact consistent with the basic development needs of modern social development,and fully reflects the real needs of quality education in the new era.It is the basic embodiment of modern educational concepts and the improvement of traditional physical education teaching models..It can be seen that ordinary colleges and universities can open corresponding training courses according to their own actual conditions,in order to promote the current physical education curriculum reform to achieve the ultimate teaching goals and teaching effects.5.Expanding training is a new experiential learning method in the field of education and teaching.To a certain extent,it further reforms and optimizes the traditional science.The professional development training is carried out in response to actual needs,and the rational use of related resources is a feasible solution and specific measures to promote the smooth
