Since the reform and opening up 40 years,our country from planned economy to market economy,market economy continues to develop,unit system gradually digestion.Unit system,our country city syste-matic degree is high,with the disintegration of system of units,more and more low level of social organization in our country,the society to the feature of organization have become more and more obvious,the social atomization degree is higher and higher,isolation between people is more and more big,people free from the organization at the same time,the society presents a loose state.This undoubtedly increases the difficulty of social governance and makes individuals lack of attachment and sense of belonging.With the continuous development of market economy,more and more entrepreneurs and private business owners have emerged,and the number of businessmen in China is getting larger and larger.However,China lacks effective management system and mechanism for businessmen,which,in the final analysis,is the lack of organized channels and mechanisms for businessmen.Whether from the perspective of the history of the chamber of commerce--business gang,or from the perspective of the modern organizational form of the chamber of commerce,the chamber of commerce is an effective form of business group organization.This article selects geopolitical sex chamber of commerce analysis,this paper discusses regional chamber of commerce in the exchange action,mainly from the theoretical perspective of exchange theory analysis,the organization of the exchange action including the utilitarian internal exchange and external exchange act utilitarianism,this pair of basic concepts from cost and rewards are discussed,the organization's internal exchange action and external produces internal and utilitarian external compensation based on emotion,at the same time exchange action also needthe cost of organization members,due to differences in organization operation cost and remuneration and form dependence on the chamber of commerce members,group cohesion and solidarity.In the exchange action of organization,on the one hand,is based on the costs and remuneration difference,on the one hand is due to the influence of reference groups and the sense of relative deprivation,on the one hand,is based on for organizations to attract and the expectation of the organization and the organization internal generated by the difference,the actual members produce injustice,can exchange action hidden trouble to the organization,thereby,in turn,will affect the cohesion of the organization.At the same time,the hidden danger of organizational exchange did not cause turbulence within the organization,the exchange did not stop,and the organization continued to develop.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the organization's exchange actions,this paper discusses and analyzes the reasons for the absence of turbulence in the organization,and then summarizes four mechanisms to maintain the organization's exchange actions,namely,the compensation mechanism,the special value mechanism,the supply mechanism of rare resources,and the leader-weighted effect mechanism.Multiple mechanisms work together to maintain and stabilize organizational exchange operations.Organizations can make use of these action mechanisms to stabilize and strengthen the organization's exchange action,and on this basis,continuously expand the path of organization cohesion and new growth points.From the perspective of exchange theory,this paper analyzes the case of geographical Chambers of commerce,and summarizes multiple organizational exchange action mechanisms,so as to enrich the topics of exchange theory and organizational sociology.
