Exploration Of Ways For Chamber Of Commerce To Participate In Poverty Alleviation In Rural Industry

Precision poverty alleviation was first proposed in 2013 and has now entered a decisive period.The ways of poverty alleviation have also changed from single poverty alleviation to diversification,i.e.spiritual poverty alleviation,cultural poverty alleviation,educational poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,etc.The participants also changed from single to diversified,that is,from a single government helping the poor to multiple participation modes such as individuals,enterprises and social organizations.The target group has also expanded from the initial vulnerable groups to those in need.Taking village j in Gansu province as an example,this paper explores the practical path for chamber of commerce organizations to participate in rural industrial poverty alleviation from the perspective of social work.using the theory of social support and the theory of advantage perspective,the author studies the adaptability of the new livelihood model embedded and solidified.starting from mobilizing villagers' participation and enhancing villagers' participation ability,the author looks at the new situation of rural development,bases on local advantages,and helps rural revitalization.This paper expounds the author's exploration and research on the path of chamber of commerce organizations participating in rural industry poverty alleviation from the perspective of social work from four aspects.In the first part of the introduction,the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods and other aspects of this article are introduced in detail.At the same time,the relevant policies on social work participation in precision poverty alleviation in China are sorted out,the relevant researches on social work participation in precision poverty alleviation by Chinese scholars are reviewed,the basic status quo of social work participation in precision poverty alleviation in China is understood,and rational literature references are provided for the research of this article.The second part mainly elaborates the general situation of Z Chamber of Commerce's participation in the implementation of J Village Industrial Poverty Alleviation Project,i.e.a detailed analysis of the basic situation of J Village and the current situation of Z Chamber of Commerce's participation in J Village Industrial Poverty Alleviation Project,providing practical data for the practical research of this article.The third part of this article mainly focuses on the main line of the adaptability of the new livelihood model embedded and solidified in village j,i.e.to design the social work service activity plan and implement the related social work service activities according to the plan design,and to evaluate the development process of the activity and the effect of the activity,so as to provide objective and rational basis for the research conclusion of this article.Finally,the conclusion first makes a comparative analysis of the effects before and after social work intervention in the greenhouse industry planting project in village j,then makes a research analysis of social work intervention in the industrial poverty alleviation project in village j organized by z chamber of commerce,and puts forward his own thoughts and suggestions.This article through the social work angle of view the chamber of commerce organization participation research to the village industry poverty alleviation project,is different from the former front-line social work service,in this article the social worker in the concrete service activity takes the resource link,the activity planner's role,carries on the analysis effectively to the village J's potential resources and the superiority,through the interview,the research,the observation and so on method,accurately limits the village J present existence question,under the specialized theory knowledge instruction,formulates the pointed implementation plan,follows up the concrete service,and carries on the objective analysis to the service implementation effect,contributes the practical experience for the social work participation in the village industry poverty alleviation.
