Anti-resistance training under non-stable conditions is a large category in functional training, which was initially used for postoperative rehabilitation. As a functional training tool,BOSU Ball is widely used in major gymnasiums due to its portability and price. It consists of a hemispherical surface and a plane of PVC material. The surface of the two materials can provide different degrees of instability surroundings.Strength training under the unstable conditions provided by the BOSU ball can produce deeper stimulation to the neuromuscular system. In order to maintain the stability of the posture under unstable conditions, the nerve center emits a strong impulse, which participates in the work of muscle tissue. The fierce contraction of the broken muscle groups has produced a huge energy response. At the same time, the intense contraction of the muscles in turn causes the human nervous system to respond effectively and produce a stronger impulse. In this process, the two promote each other, improve their athletic ability, and more effectively promote the strength of human skeletal muscles, which plays an important role in stabilizing and protecting joints. After decades of experimental research and demonstration by experts and scholars at home and abroad,it is found that strength training under unstable conditions has certain effects on the muscle strength, flexibility, balance ability, circulation function and recovery ability of the human body.In the swimming program, the powerful lower limbs can provide sufficient lift and propulsion for the swimmer's kicking action,so that the swimmer can obtain a higher body position, effectively reduce the water resistance and increase the propulsive force. The stability of the nuclear myocardium is the basis of power transmission. The strong core muscles can reduce the loss of force during the conduction process, and provide a guarantee for the swimmers to effectively beattheir legs.If the core muscles are weak, they cannot swim at high speeds.Maintain a good body posture during the process. Therefore, the stability of the core muscles and the good strength of the lower limbs provide a solid foundation for improving the swimming speed of swimmers.Through the professional knowledge during the study and the summarization of the data in the writing period, explore the influence of BOSU ball training on the lower limb strength and balance ability of swimmers from the perspective of physical training of swimmers, and explore the functional power. The combination of training and traditional resistance training provides more possibilities and theoretical basis for athletes' daily training. The subjects who participated in this experiment were all high-level athletes of the 2017 Sports and Athletics College of Beijing Sport University, and the subjects were randomly divided into two groups.Group I was the experimental group, the lower limb strength exercise was performed using the BOSU ball, and the second group was the control group, and the same exercise was performed on the flat ground. The experiment was divided into three tests: pre-,middle-and post-test.Repeated analysis of variance was performed on the obtained test indicators. The exercise indexes of the subjects were analyzed by intra-group and intra-group comparison. Before the start of the experiment,an independent sample T test was performed on the indicators based on the subject's exercise level, training experience background, height, weight, etc.,and the subjects who met the experiment were screened, and the correctness of the action mode was screened through preliminary experiments.Check to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment,as far as possible, the factors that will affect the experimental results will be minimal. The training programs used in this experiment and the test indicators were all recognized by experts.Through the comparative analysis of the data obtained from the three tests before and after the experiment, the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After eight weeks of effective training, the subjects in the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the explosive power and maximum strength of the lower limbs. It can be seen that BOSU training has a good effect on improving the lower limb strength of swimmers.(2)After eight weeks of training, there was no significant change in the subject's main performance, but the 50-meter main item had a significant improvement in leg kicking performance. It is speculated that the lower limb strength is related to the improvement of core stability.(3)Compared with the control group, the Y test score of the experimental group was significantly improved, indicating that the unstable condition provided by the BOSU ball can promote the development of the balance ability of the swimmer. And Y test can reflect the hidden dangers of the athlete's lower limbs, and the training can effectively reduce the risk of swimmers' lower limb injuries.
