| At this stage,in order to achieve economic transformation and upgrading,or in order to achieve the realization of "2025 Chinese manufacturing goals,The era calls for the return of skilled artisans.At the national two sessions held in 2016,Premier Li Keqiang firstly put forward in the government work report said "to cultivate the spirit of improving the craftsmen"."Craftsmanship spirit" is a spiritual concept.It is the internal support for the smooth implementation of the supply side structural reform and the improvement of the overall quality of vocational college students.The "big craftsman"documentary planned by CCTV this year is focused on a number of common craftsmen from different areas,highly praised"the labor spirit of "ingenuity and dream",with various vivid examples.As an important position to nurture skilled talents,vocational and technical colleges undertake the social backbone for production,construction,management and service,which has attracted the attention of the party and the state in recent years.Therefore,it is imminent to recultivate skilled workers in vocational education.In order to systematically research the strategies and methods for "craftsmen" skilled talents,this paper uses the literature method,inductive method,comparative method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,to explore the countermeasure for"craftsman type"talent cultivation in Chinese vocational colleges,based on the research at home and abroad,expound the concept and theoretical basis of'craftsman","craftsman spirit","craftsman skilled personnel" systematically.Based on the development analyze the problems and reasons in "craftsman" talents cultivation in vocational college.Finally,according to the achievements made by Foreign Vocational Colleges in talent training mode,and draw lessons from it,further analysis and construction of specific countermeasures and suggestions for training skilled workers in Vocational and Technical Colleges under the new situation. |
