The important manifestation of the country ' s core competitiveness is professional skills personnel,especially high-skilled personnel.The important factors for the construction of an innovative country are the lack of the cultivation of professional skills talents,and the cultivation of professional skills talents is also an important part of the strategy for a talent-powerful country.The cultivation of professional and skilled talents in China has come a long way.It has gone from a small scale to a large scale,from a norm to a norm,from an unordered development to an orderly development.The important research topic currently facing professional educators in China is how to cultivate skilled talents that meet the needs of economic development and society;and how to reform the talent training model in higher vocational colleges in China.In the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,Inner Mongolia as an important development zone for the "Prairie Silk Road Economic Belt" has brought opportunities for the development of higher vocational education and brought many challenges.Talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is closely linked with local economic development.Higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia only have a clear "Belt and Road" new requirements for personnel training,accelerate the pace of reform,make good use of government policy "dividends" and accelerate the pace of reforms.By establishing multi-synergy mechanisms such as schools,enterprises,and government,we will focus on cultivating skilled talents that adapt to the “One Belt and One Road” initiative to develop local economies,so that the level of education in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia will be further improved,and geopolitical advantages will be used to create schools with their own characteristics.The model,giving full play to the function of higher vocational education serving the local economy,can provide talent support and intellectual support for the advancement of the “Belt and Road” initiative in higher vocational and technical colleges in Inner Mongolia,and fulfill the “Belt and Road” of highervocational colleges in Inner Mongolia.Advancing the tasks of the times and the social mission.However,there is still a big gap between the actual training of talents in Inner Mongolia higher education institutions and the “One Belt and One Road”initiative.As a major participant in the “Belt and Road” initiative,Inner Mongolia must further innovate the talent target and promote the reform of the talent cultivation model.For this reason,this paper chooses the reform of the skills training model for vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia to conduct a preliminary study for the research topic.Before the writing of this article,we conducted a lot of investigations and interviews on related issues and tried to analyze and study the issues on the basis of objective facts.This article elaborates that the training of skilled talents in vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia is an important factor in promoting the economic and social development in Inner Mongolia,and at the same time,based on the current situation of cultivation of skilled talents in Inner Mongolia under the “ One Belt and One Road ” initiative,it analyzes and studies Inner Mongolia ' s vocational colleges.The problems and constraints existing in the training of school-based skilled personnel,such as: There is a large gap between the student-employed students and the company's employment needs,the curriculum system is old,the professional settings are unreasonable,the school teacher forces need to be improved,the school hardware facilities The mechanism for evaluating the quality of skilled personnel training needs to be improved.Finally,the author systematically analyzes the data of the investigation and interviews,and summarizes the causes of these problems.Taking the Alashan Vocational and Technical College in Inner Mongolia as an example,he proposes corresponding reform proposals in the personnel training mode.
