Research On Data Application Ability Of College Counselors In Big Data Age

College counselors should strive to become mentor for student's career,and consoling friend for healthy life of the students.Data-using ability is related to the change of role and new working way of the counselor in the large data age.In the management of college student affairs in the era of big data,the work of college counselors needs to turn wider and deeper,and counselors should learn how to use data to better understand students ' lives and their real situation,and to solve the practical problems of students.The popularization of big data concepts and techniques provides possibility for counselors to understand students' ideological status and behavioral dynamics through the application of students' data,and also provides a new perspective and way for counselors to do their job even better.By combining the relevant concepts of large data and practical work of counselors,this paper tries to define the data utilization ability of college counselors.At the same time,based on the questionnaire survey to present situation of college counselors'data utilization ability,this paper explores the position of data application ability in the counselor's ability system,and then puts forward the construction path and training measures to promote the university counselor's data utilization ability.
