Nowadays, the major tasks of moral education in middle schools are to establishthe Marxism views on motherland, nationality and religion, consolidate the basis ofnational union and strengthen the national cohesion and sense of pride. Theaccomplishment of these tasks greatly depends on positive teaching attitude ofteachers who teach ideology and morality in middle schools of ethnic minority areas.Therefore, research on teaching attitude of middle school moral teachers is filled withbright color of the times and also vital practical significance.On the basis of literature review of teaching attitude of middle school moralteachers in ethnic minority areas, the author discusses about connotation andcharacterization of middle school moral teachers in ethnic minority areas and pointsout that it is greatly necessary to correct moral teachers’ attitudes to meet the needs ofpersonnel training in ethnic areas and practice of new courses reform. Meanwhile, theauthor makes a primary analysis on the present situation of teaching attitudes ofmiddle school moral teachers in ethnic areas and finds that most of these teachershave professional career consciousness and have a good command of systematicMarxism theory. They are able to improve their teaching ability, but job boredomappears on them in different extent. Furthermore, there is cultural conflict betweenthe course and the ethnic folklore culture. The reasons are that the less-educatedparents of students and the existing culture difference, the unbalance of nationaleducation investment and the salary of teachers and so on. Finally, in order to solvethe problems the author proposes strategies and suggestions from three waysincluding strengthening communication and transforming the ideas, fitting in localculture actively and making positive influence, increasing education investment andimproving teaching conditions.
