In today’s world is a multicultural era,multiculturalism has become an importantbackground of the development of education.China is a multi-ethnic country, every nationhas its unique cultural traditions, different cultures have different ways of thinking,valuesand behaviors.Between ethnic cultural differences may promote the mutual understandingbetween different cultures and cultural fusion, at the same time, the cultural differencesbetween different cultural groups can also cause the cultural conflict, misunderstanding andconflicts,affect the ethnic group live, work and communication.Culture is the background ofthe teaching, teachers’ cultural adaptability is one of the important quality of modernteachers. The development of national education, improve the quality of teaching, teachersplay a decisive role.Through surveys and studies of the preschool teachers acculturation ofethnic minority areas,reveal the cultural adaptation problems of preschool teachers in ethnicminority areas, will help bring more attention to preschool teachers in ethnic minority areas,to better promote preschool teachers’ professional growth and development in ethnicminority areas.Based on the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,conducted a study ofMinority Preschool Teachers, in order to understand the ethnic minority areas preschoolteachers acculturation situation,analyze their existing problems and reasons in the process ofacculturation,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. The studyfound:1.Ethnic minority Areas Preschool teachers acculturation level generally on the lowside,the psychological adaptation prominent problem.Preschool teachers socioculturaladaptation to adapt to bad teachers accounted for almost half of the total (47.1%),psychological adaptation of teachers accounted for53.3%of the total.2.The minority ethnic minority areas preschool teachers interpersonal adaptation,working to adapt better than life adaptation.3. Sociocultural adaptation and its various dimensions of the ethnic minority areas ofpreschool teachers do not exist on the ethnic differences.4.Preschool teachers in ethnic minority areas of psychological adaptation and everylevel there is no difference in ethnic. Through analyze the problem of preschool teachers acculturation in ethnic minorityareas,this study proposes the following four proposals:1.Understanding of different cultures, respect for cultural differences.2.Through the kindergarten-based training,improve teachers’ ability of language.3.Establish an effective social support network, and improve the work of teachersadaptability.4.To carry out cross-cultural ability training to improve teachers’ level of psychologicaladaptation level.
