Baseball is a kind of baseball sport which is characterized by baseball playing as the main feature and has strong collective and antagonistic characteristics. It has spread widely and has great influence internationally. In the United States and Japan,it is especially popular. It is called "national ball".The earliest record of Chinese baseball is that Chinese Engineer Zhan Tianyou organized the Chinese baseball team when he was studying at Yale University(1877-1881).Later,overseas Chinese and students returned from the United States and Japan brought baseball back to their motherland. In 1895,the baseball team was established in Beijing Huishu Academy. In 1907,the Beijing Huishu Academy and Tongzhou Xiehe Academy held a baseball game, which was the earliest baseball game in China. In 2002,the first Chinese Baseball League was sponsored by the Small Ball Sports Management Center of the State Sports Administration and the Chinese Baseball Association.Baseball in China developed rapidly. However, since baseball was excluded from the Olympic Games after the2008 Olympic Games, the investment in baseball has been reduced in various places, and the baseball profession in China has been held. The League has also been suspended for two years since 2012 and has not been restored until 2014,but the attention has fallen far short. In August 2016,baseball and softball returned to the Olympic arena through the IOC proposal, and domestic baseball began a new round of comprehensive development,in which amateur events increased substantially, and the scale of the event and the number of participants were constantly improving. In this paper, the methods of literature and investigation are used to investigate and analyze the Amateur Baseball Clubs in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The age of participants in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei amateur baseball club is concentrated in 30-40 years old.The reason is that baseball began to develop rapidly in China around 2000.However,after the 2008 Olympic Games, they left the Olympic stage for a period of time, resulting in a significant reduction in follow-up attention, the support of relevant management departments and the reduction of baseball players. At present, most of the participants active in Amateur Baseball Clubs began to contact baseball around 2000.(2)The participants of Amateur Baseball Clubs in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are mainly undergraduates;their monthly income is about 5,000 yuan, and their occupations are mainly employees of enterprises and institutions.(3)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei amateur baseball club activity frequency is mainly 1/week,activity time is about 3 hours/time;Club participants have a high degree of love for baseball, strong interest;the purpose of participating in club activities is to pleasure the body and mind, strong body.(4)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Amateur Baseball Clubs are mainly medium-sized,most of them are individual organizations with relatively short running years.Their organizational form is mainly membership system, and their funding sources are mainly membership fees, followed by corporate sponsorship. The expenditure is mainly on competition venues, clothing, drinking water, dinner, competition fees, etc. The use of funds is well evaluated and the use of fees is more reasonable.(5)The rules and regulations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei amateur baseball club are not sound enough and the training time is relatively fixed. The training time is decided by the members of the club through consultation.(6)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Amateur Baseball Club has a low level of competition. The main types of competition are friendship matches and city-level matches. It can compete inaccordance with the rules of 9-person system, but due to financial reasons, there is a lack of professional referees.
