Comparative Study On Organizational Management The School Track And Field Meet In The Four Sports Schools In Beijing-Tianjin And Hebei

The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the organizational and managerial differences of track and field meet organized by the four sports colleges and to give relevant advices aiming at holding a successful track and field sports meeting based on keeping Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in coordinated development.The core concept of this research is the organization and management of track and field sports.Its connotation includes the organization of school track and field sports,the setting of the rules of the game,and the mode of operation.In this study,the status quo of the organization and management of athletics in the four sports schools in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was compared through literature review,interviews,questionnaires,statistical methods,and comparative analysis.The managerial and organizational characteristics and processes of track and field meet in professional sports colleges are analyzed.Also,I make some surveys on the current managerial and organizational situation of track and field meet in the colleges around Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei area.In this study,the university-level track and field meet organized by Beijing Sports University,Capital Institute of Physical Education,Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,Hebei Institute of Physical Education is selected as the object.Through relevant knowledge of project management,I decompose the actual task of the sports meeting and it leads to the following conclusions:1.At present,all the four colleges and universities have organized the track and field games to be held once a year in teaching work,and they have attached great importance to it and provided effective guarantees for the holding of the track and field games.2.The organization structure: The four institutions in track and field sports meets all adopt the “straight-function type” structure in organization.Although such a relatively complete division of labor is clear and easy to manage as a whole,there is still a lack of good coordination among various departments and can easily cause the loose of management.3.The registration requirements: All four institutions have made restrictions on the number of applicants,and the form of grouping is not detailed and scientific.4.Others: The four institutions are not diversified in terms of setting up the project;in terms of operation methods,the four institutions adopt closed-ended methods which cause a low degree of student participation,also,it gives less opportunities for studentsto practice.As for scoring,they are not specific enough.The rewards setting is relatively simple and unattractive.As for the selection of referees,it has certain limitations either.5.Although the teachers and students of the four institutions are looking forward to and agreeing that the four institutions can cooperate and exchange,there are relatively few exchange activities among the four institutions.
