A Study On Effective Development Approaches To Capitaloftalents In Hebei Province—Based On The Regional Integration Of Beijing- Tianjin-hebei

During the vigorous promotion of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,talent capital plays an extremely significant role,which is also vital to the integrated economic developement of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.However,compared with Beijing and Tianjin,the talent capital development is relatively weak,which influences the deepening of the regional integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Based on that,the author will focus on the study of talent capital development of Hebei Province with the context of the regional integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.First,the author analyzes the current situation of Hebei province's talent capital development and presents the strengthes and problems that Hebei Province faces in the talent capital developement.The strengthes include the relatively abundant talent capital and prominent skilled talent capital,while the problems are small density of talent capital,lack of high-level talent,weak innovation ability and the ourflow of talent.Furthermore,considering the current situation of human capital development,the aurhor,from the perspective of philosophy,summarizes the basic principles that Hebei province should follow in order to adapt to the trend of integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and promote the development of the talent capital in Hebei province better,which include development strategy,making overall plans and step by step.What's more,the author puts forward some practical and specific solutions to develop the talent capital of Hebei Province,which are to improve the system and mechanism of the regional integration of BeijingTianjin-Hebei,complete the talent service system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and promote innovation ability with the help of colleges and universities in Beijing and Tianjin.
