Problems And Countermeasures Of Professional Social Work Brain Drain In F District Of Beijing

Under the new situation,social organizations are facing tremendous pressure of reform and upgrading.In the management reform,man is the most important and most variable factor.Influenced by the high mobility of the social work industry,and the many factors such as working environment and atmosphere,human resource management,etc,a number of competent and knowledgeable professional social workers continue to flow.The loss of professional social workers has become a stubborn disease that social workers’ offices cannot cure.Brain drain,especially the loss of professional social workers not only weakened the competitiveness of social work firms in the market,but also influenced the attraction of firms themselves.Therefore,undoubtedly,it has important theoretical and practical significance for organizations to study the problem of the brain drain of professional social work,to make a good job of talent retention,and to make the talents truly loyal to their organization.Although many prevouus domestic and foreign researchers have conducted in-depth theoretical studies on brain drain,which also also use various modeling analysis to do some research on the characteristics,causes and classification of brain drain,and has also put forward beneficial opinions for the precautions against brain drain.But,there are few studies on the brain drain in the social work industry,especially in social work firms,there is no discussion on the brain drain of professional social work in F District of Beijing,and the method of empirical analysis and comparison has not been applied to the research of brain drain in professional social work.Based on this,through in-depth investigation and substantial data demonstration,this paper studies and analyzes the brain drain of professional social work in F District of Beijing,and has come up with a plan to improve the drain of professional social work talents in Beijing f district.
