Effect Evaluation of RE Learning & Training is an important basis of testing students'RE learning results and of proving the Physical Education Objective effectiveness. The effect evaluation is an extremely part in RE teaching, which also plays an important role in RE teaching. How to use it to service for our teaching is the significant value in our research. From 2000, physical education curriculum reform was implemented all over our country, and Effect Evaluation of RE Learning & Training became a core field in this reformation which be paid more attention to. Those who hold out new curriculum evaluation suggested that original Effect Evaluation of RE Learning bias to Knowledge Teaching, Intelligence Development, but ignore students'Diversified Intelligence Development such as Emotions, Attitudes, Values, Lifelong Sports Consciousness, good Sports Habits, Comprehensive Knowledge Using, and so on. In contrast, comprehensiveness and development were emphasized in new curriculum evaluation. We should say as a whole that it is filed with livingness because of the implement of new curriculum evaluation which gives our teacher much more enlightenment. However, the process of implement was in many difficulties. Our teacher didn't know how to use quantitative index to measure these unquantitative index, and they also didn't know how to operate it. Even though there had contents on Effect Evaluation of RE Learning & Training in new curriculum evaluation, quantitative standard was not in even levels.This research mainly analyzed five indexes such as Physical Fitness, Knowledge & Skill, Attitudes, Emotion Performance & Cooperative Spirit, and Health Behavior in new curriculum evaluation. We discussed their weight coefficient, ways of assessment, and then found that there exist many questions which led to non-real response on five indexes.These questions included unreasonable parameters setting, substandard quantization, and ineffective process control. The other way round, cognitive knowledge consists of physiology, hygiene, health care, which was grasped only a tip of an iceberg by users. By interpreting curriculum standard and investigating actual situation in school teaching, we realized that it is too simple for Sport Technique teaching & learning.Back layout and hurdles are turned away, many teachers mark scores by their experience.Some indexes in gymnastics are not examined. We can easily to see that problems exist in our new curriculums, many guidelines have been escaped from normal RE teaching systems. As we all know, health is a baseline of other pursuits, if we have a healthy body, we will own beautiful dreams and desires. If we have not, we lose all. Thus, nothing healthy body, nothing all.The Evaluation will also be insignificance.A comprehensive analysis was made of the situation in new curriculum evaluation. We hold on that several factors which will be benefit to our curriculum should be considered.First, attitudes, Emotion Performance & Cooperative Spirit which can be as a factor supplement of Effect Evaluation of RE Learning & Training should not be quantitative.Second, there is no correlation between Health Behavior and RE teaching. Health Behavior also can not be quantitative.Third, Physical Fitness can be as a quantitative index, but its quantitative process should be standardized.Last but not least, we should adopt technical check in athletics and gymnastics. Scoring rules and criterion are operated severely.
