In the context of the transformation and upgrading of agricultural modernization and the large-scale transfer of agricultural practitioners,new professional farmer skill training is an effective way to alleviate structural contradictions such as insufficient supply and low quality of agricultural practitioners,and is an important part of China's vocational skill training system.The new professional farmer skill training organization,as the main output carrier of new professional farmer skill training,also shoulders important responsibilities.At present,China's new vocational farmer skill training organizations have made periodic progress in training,but compared with the mature vocational training model in developed countries,they are still in the early stages of development and have not established a complete monitoring and evaluation mechanism.In view of this,this study further analyzes the current situation of vocational skill training,new-type professional farmer skill training and performance evaluation,and combines vocational skill training,new-type professional farmer skill training,performance evaluation,training evaluation model and other related theories to further build new-type professional farmers Skills training organization training performance evaluation index system,combined weighting method is used to determine the comprehensive weight,TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model based on gray correlation are used to rank the training organization performance level and determine the key impact factors,with a view to further promote new occupations The training standardization of farmers' skill training organizations provides theoretical guidance.Based on this,this study takes 10 training organizations in Qingdao as examples to carry out empirical research.The results of the study show that the training performance of new professional farmer skill training organizations is higher,but the training performance varies greatly among training organizations.Among them,there is only one training organization in the training leading area,only four training organizations in the training demonstration area,and the remaining five training organizations belong to the stable training area.Further analysis of the criteria layer shows that training resource input and training output are the main obstacles that affect the overall performance level and should be focused on.In the training resource input,the financial resource input and physical resource input performance score is low;in the training output,the training result performance score is low.Analysis of the reasons behind it found that: the source of training funds is single,the fund management is imperfect;the training methods are too single,and the training innovation is insufficient;the training content is aging,the training practicality is poor;the number of training teachers is insufficient,the training mechanism is not perfect;training assessment The mechanism is inadequate,the training effect is not in place;the training policy is not well publicized,and the farmers 'ideas are seriously solidified;therefore,the article proposes countermeasures from the policy level,training institution level and farmer level to promote the continuous development of new professional farmer training.
