Attention is the gateway that regulates information to enter the center of consciousness.The exploration of attention is an urgent problem to be solved in the era of artificial intelligence,and also an important part of human's exploration of mind.The effective control of attention is an effective way for individuals to improve study and work efficiency,relieve pressure and improve emotions.Research purposes:To explore whether Tai Chi Chuan practice can improve persistent attention and selective attention,and provide a feasible training method for attention regulation,there by improving the individual's ability to adapt to the environment.Research methods: This study enrolled 26 experimental group participants for an eight-week Taiji intervention.The frequency of intervention was 3 times a week for 1 hour,using the numerical elimination test(NCT)and Stroop color words.The task test and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire(PSQI)were used to conduct behavioral tests.Repeated measures analysis of variance was performed on the experimental group and the control group(30 patients)before and after the intervention.Results: 1.Taijiquan intervention had a significant effect on persistent attention(F(2,51)= 5.35,p = 0.03);2.After eight weeks of Taijiquan intervention,the experimental group and the control group were The PSQI score of the test had a very significant effect(F(2,54)= 7.31,p = 0.009);3.There was no significant difference in the mean scores of the Stroop reaction between the experimental group and the control group after intervention(F(2,48)= 0.73,p = 0.40);there was no significant difference in mean mean(F(2,48)= 0.33,p = 0.57);4.There was a positive correlation between coordinated stretch score and sustained attention(r = 0.46,n = 22,p = 0.04).Conclusions: The main conclusion is that the eight-week Tai Chi Chuan intervention has a significant improvement in sustained attention;the secondary conclusion is that Tai Chi Chuan intervention has a significant improvement in sleep quality;Thisexperiment did not find a correlation between sleep quality and sustained attention;The degree of Coordination and Stretching in Tai Chi Chuan practice is positively correlated with sustained attention.
