Patterns Of Strength Exercise Based-on Different Body Blocks Combination

This paper employs documentary data analysis,expert investigation,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and teaching experiment to explore the different effects for the students'pull-ups test scores after the combination strength training method and the single conventional strength training methods.The experimental subjects of this study are 54 male students from Junior 1 of Fuzhou Shidai Middle School.The teaching experiment was integrated into daily PE lessons for 17 weeks,which is a semester.In the teaching experiment,the students from six classes of Junior One were separated into three groups:experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and control group,before and after the experiment.Among them 54 students consist of a randomly drawing sample.Control group is made up of 18 boys randomly drawn from Class 1&2.Experimental Groupl is made up of 18 boys randomly drawn from Class 3&4.Experimental Group 2 is made up of 18 boys randomly drawn from Class 5&6.This double blind experiment is arranged as follows.The researcher made a schedule of the teaching experiment based on the school teaching curriculum.All the PE teachers and all the students of Junior 1 are involved in the experiment.They are required to carry out the teaching plan and meet the standard requirements.However,they have no idea of the arrangement of the teaching experimental groups and the name list of the students who are randomly drawn.In the process of the experiment,Experiment Group 1 take the"pull-up + upper limb strength"combination of practice mode;Experiment Group 2 take;"pull up + waist strength"combination of practice mode;Control group only take a"chin-up"practice mode.Although the students are in different classes,all the teachers followed the same standards when teaching the pull-up skills and pull-up combination practice designed by the researcher.Three groups adopt the same standard in the technical action learning and combination of action exercises.After 17 weeks,2 times a week,each time 15 minutes of the corresponding"body block”strength training,during when the experimental process is monitored by their heart rates as exercise intensity(maintaining within the 130-150 times/min)indicators,the test results,height,weight and other major body shape data before and after the experiment are used to be compared and analyzed by the means of the self and between-group cross-reference.The results are as follows:1.Experimental data suggest that the test results of the three experimental groups after the experiment have improved,but as for the experimental group 1&2,the improvement is statistically significant.2.Comparing the result of Groupl and Group 2,it is shown that applying the waist and abdomen strength combination practice mode,the pull-up test results have improve much more than the students who receive the upper limb combination practice mode.3.17 weeks of different"body block"combination practice and the practice of upward practice,in the statistical sense don't obviously influence the main body shape indicators-height and weight.4.After a period of 17 weeks of different"body block"combination of practice,the effect is slightly superior to that after a single conventional pull-up practice as to improving the muscle groups to coordinate each other.However,as for improving muscle strength endurance,this new practice mode has an better effect than the traditional conventional single force practice.Based on the above results,the following main conclusions are formed:1.The different"body block"combination practice mode can effectively improve the Juiunior students'pull-up test results.Apply the combination of waist and abdomen strength exercise mode is more effective than the combination of upper limb strength exercise mode.2.The different"body block,combination practice mode,in improving the completion of the upward movement of the muscles in the process of coordination between the muscles,as well as in improving muscle strength endurance,is superior to a single conventional upward practice mode.3.The period of 17 weeks of the three models of the upward practice,did not have an obvious impact on basic height,weight and other aspects ofthe boys from Junior 1.4.The different"body block"combination practice mode differs a lot from the traditional practice of a single approach to the upward practice in the functional positioning,mechanism of action,practice methods,practice content,practice objectives and other aspects.However,the two practice modes,both of which are sub-elements in the power of the exercises,mutually promote,restrict and complement each other,and jointly promote the pull-up strength force theory and practice development.
