Research On The Influence Of Social Relationship Structure On The Quality Of Rural Housing

Cottages have always been regarded as different from other types of construction projects.In addition to the approval process in the country-designated areas,cottages are controlled by the farmers themselves.However,in actual construction,the lack of farmers' own safety awareness and the limitations of relevant technical conditions are difficult to guarantee the quality of cottages to a certain extent.In several disasters,the damage to cottages was more serious,which threatened the lives and property of farmers.Faced with this situation,the government has continuously increased investment in funds and strengthened control to improve the living env:ironment and living conditions of farmers,but the gains are minimal.Due to the social status of the rural differential pattern,the individual behavior and cognition of farmers are seriously affected by others.Therefore,the social network formed by the farmers' quality participants is directly or indirectly affect the quality of the cottage.In order to study the influence of the participants in the quality of rural houses,the paper first establishes a quality evaluation system for cottages by combing and studying a large amount of literature,combined with the preliminary investigation.On this basis,it conducts household surveys in some rural areas of Yunnan Province,and uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the situation of the quality of cottages.At the same time,with the help of mature social network theory,questionnaires and interviews are conducted among the participants in the construction of cottages,which lead to the formation of the overall social network of the quality of the rural housing quality participants and the individual social network of the self-built cottage quality participants.Through the Ucinet software relationship network measurement and principal component analysis methods,the correlation between the overall network relationship structure and the quality of the unified building,and the correlation between the strength of the individual network and the quality of the self-built cottage are analyzed.After qualitative and quantitative double verification,it is concluded that the government departments have a great influence on the quality of the unified construction cottage;the conclusion that the relationship between the head of the household and the village committee and other villagers has a positive impact on the quality of the cottage.Finally,aiming at the management status of the quality of the unified construction of farmhouses and self-built farmhouses,the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of farmhouse quality by villagers'autonomy under the conditions of government guidance and assistance are proposed.
