Research On Improvement Measures Of S Education Group Company's Direct Chain Operation Mode

Chain operation in traditional industries refers to the modern circulation mode of realizing economies of scale through centralized purchasing,decentralized sales and standardized operation of some retail enterprises.There are mainly direct chain,franchise chain and free chain.Among them,the direct chain operation mode is the most basic chain operation mode.Taking S Education Group Company as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the problems existing in its direct chain operation mode,and puts forward some solutions.This paper explores a more perfect chain operation model suitable for the education and training industry in theory,supplements and improves the theoretical framework of the chain operation model of the education and training industry in China,and finds out the problems existing in the chain operation model of the current lesson-learned training industry in practice.By comparing and drawing lessons from the development characteristics and trends of the chain operation model of the international education group,it is hoped that China's education and training industry directly operated chain enterprises to explore more effective measures.This paper mainly uses literature research,case analysis,interviews,comparative analysis and other methods to study.Starting from the theory of chain operation mode,this paper deeply analyses the application of chain operation mode in education industry,and draws lessons from the research of chain operation mode in education industry at home and abroad.To put forward improvement measures for S Education Group's chain operation mode,the purpose is to put forward a more perfect operation and management mode with reference and practicality for our country's direct chain operation mode of education and training.
