Study On The Influence Of 2017 Fiba Rule Modification On The Technical And Tactical Application Of CBA

In order to meet the needs of the development of basketball and further improve the spectacle of the game,in 2017,the International Basketball Federation made a series of modifications to the existing basketball rules.The modification of the rules will have a great impact on both offense and defense in basketball matches.By using the methods of documentation,video analysis,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this study compares the situation of basketball matches before and after the modification of basketball rules in 2017 to understand the impact of the modification of rules on the use of basketball players' skills and tactics.The results show that:(1)After the modification of basketball walking violation rules in 2017,the occurrence of foot violations in basketball matches was significantly reduced.In terms of foot violations of athletes in different positions,the percentage of foot violations of forwards and guards increased significantly,while the percentage of foot violations of center athletes decreased significantly.In terms of the occurrence of walking violations at different times,The proportion of walking violations in the process of mobile catching and catching shots(shooting)decreased significantly,and the proportion of walking violations in the process of dribble breakthrough increased significantly.There was no significant change in the proportion of walking violations in the process of holding breakthrough,catching breakthrough and dribbling layup(shooting).(2)After the modification of the walking violation rules,the frequency of jump shot,dribble breakthrough and direct lay-up techniques has been significantly increased,the frequency of use of stop and hold techniques has been significantly reduced,and the frequency of use of pass techniques has not changed significantly.In the application of connection technology after dribbling,there is no significant change in the frequency of turning,jumping,striding,crossing,synchronization and parallel step,while the frequency of backward step and stride connection technology is significantly increased.At the same time,the modification of the rules promotes the formation and development of new technologies such as turn-around,step-by-step jump and step-by-step jump after dribbling,which enriches the forms of attack.(3)After the modification of the walking violation rules,the number of fast breaks,direct scoring times and success rate in the competition have been improved.The number of fouls and faults caused by fast breaks has been significantly reduced.The overall change of fouls caused by fast breaks and the number of times of fast breaks turning into positions has not been obvious.In terms of the impact on the basic coordination,the total number of coordination,block-and-disassemble coordination and the use frequency of shield coordination did not change significantly,while the use frequency of transmission and cut-and-sudden distribution combination increased,and the average use frequency of coordination field should be reduced slightly.(4)The modification of the rules of walking violation increases the difficulty of defense in basketball matches and has a certain impact on the application of defensive techniques in basketball matches.Although there is no obvious change in the frequency of defensive fouls,the number of offensive dribble and collision fouls,steals and blocked shots in defense are significantly reduced.Under the new rules,the defensive strength of the defensive side has increased significantly for the catching and dribbling players in the outer line area.(5)After the modification of the violation of sports ethics,the frequency of violation of sports ethics has increased significantly.It is mainly due to the increase in the number of violations of sports ethics caused by unnecessary physical contact in the Offensive-Defensive transition.In addition,the modification of violation of sports ethics greatly restricts the defensive action of the defending side,and reduces the frequency of fouls in the last two minutes of the game,thus improving the fluency of the game.(6)The modification of foul on shooting has no obvious effect on the application of shooting technique.As a result of the revision of the disqualification rules,the number of athletes sent off during the games has increased significantly.It effectively standardized the application of defensive techniques and reduced the frequency of excessive defensive actions.The establishment of forged foul rules can effectively purify the competition environment and restrain the use of deceptive defensive actions of the defensive players.
