At present, the proportion of the elderly in China’s total population is growing, and the problem of aging is becoming increasingly prominent. At the same time, the burden on young people is gradually increasing, and the lack of time and energy makes it impossible to fully accompany the elderly. Therefore, how to take care of the physical health of the elderly and meet the psychological needs of the elderly is the most important issue of the government and people of our country. In order to solve this problem, the Chinese government introduced a “migrant-bird” old-age care model advocated by many developed countries such as the United States and Japan, and supported the construction of a number of “migrant-bird” old-age care institutions in Yunnan and Hainan. The “migrant-bird” old-age care model means that the elderly can change their living environment according to the season, and spend 3 to 6 months every year to live in a climate where the climate is moderate and suitable. This model can not only protect the health of the elderly, but also meet the psychological needs of the elderly. With the improvement of people’s living standards, the number of elderly people who choose “migrant-bird” old-age care institutions is increasing.China’s "migrant-bird" old-age care institutions have a relatively short development time, and their service level will directly affect the comfort and satisfaction of the elderly. Therefore, how to define the problems of the migratory birds and the living satisfaction of the migratory birds is the "migrant-bird" in China becomes the problem that need to be solved in the old-age care institutions.First of all,the difference between the “migrant-bird” old-age care model and other old-age care models is that the migratory bird-style old-age care system is greatly affected by the season. The overall age of migratory birds is lower and the physical condition is better. The urban elderly people are less dependent on their children, and their requirement on the service for the old-age institutions is higher.Based on these, many regions have successively issued supportive policies on “migrant-bird” old-age care, which laid the foundation for the later study of “migrant-bird” old-age care satisfaction.Secondly, this thesis uses the theory of welfare pluralism and customer perceived service quality theory to interview the elderly migratory birds, migratory bird nursing homes and the families of the elderly. It is found that the migratory birds have life care, medical services, spiritual care, social interaction and entertainment, travellingand other needs.Accordingly, this article illustrates how to construct the “waiting bird”old-age care institution satisfaction evaluation index system from the five dimensions including service personnel, spiritual care, social needs, service content and infrastructure. Finally, taking the K-nursing Center of Anning City as an example, this thesis employs the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP-Fuzzy method)to evaluate the residential satisfaction of the migratory birds in the institution, and draws a conclusion on the overall satisfaction of the “migrant-bird” old-age care model for the elderly in the K-nursing Center and the satisfaction with service personnel, spiritual relationships, social needs, service content and infrastructure.Through the further analysis of these satisfactions,it is found that the satisfaction of three aspects of service personnel, spiritual relations and social needs in K-nursing Center need to be further improved.Based on the above-mentioned “migrant-bird” old-age care satisfaction research for K-nursing Center, this paper starts from the three aspects of service personnel, spiritual relationship and social needs in the nursing home, and provides relevant suggestions based on the actual situation of the nursing home, thus improving the overall service of the nursing home as well as the quality of life of the elderly in migratory birds.
