Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of Community Satisfaction Study

The satisfaction of the citizens to the community is a general indicator which includes many facets and hierarchies. It is the cumulative effect that people felt in long time. Through the surveys and the data analysis, We will try to explain the process of cause and effect of the satisfaction. The core indicators that influence the satisfaction of the community will be recognized, and then these indicators will be used to evaluate the community.Evaluation is the general judgement based on many indicators. The paper systematically summarized the general evaluation methods, which include Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Gray Theory, AHP, Data Envelopment Analysis and Artificial Neural Networks. These methods provide the theoretical foundation for the research.Based on the status of the satisfaction of the community service, the paper made the evaluation index of the satisfaction of community service. The paper use AHP and experts' opinions to fix the weight, and use the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the satisfaction of the community service. The conclusion is that the overall satisfaction is between the levels of "common" and "satisfied".
