Being close to the teacher and believing in the teachings,students' satisfaction with teachers directly affects their own learning,and the closeness of the relationship between students and teachers is attributed to the students' satisfaction with teachers.Mathematics,as a subject that students have been exposed to since childhood,not only empowers students with mathematical knowledge but also develops their abilities.At this stage,junior high school mathematics learning is in the stage of connecting the past and the next,and the mathematics teacher acts as the mathematics knowledge and the student A bridge between students is very important for students to be interested in mathematics,be able to learn well,and have a good math teacher without dropping out.At the same time,studying junior high school students' satisfaction with mathematics teachers can enrich and develop our country's educational research.Therefore,studying junior high school students' satisfaction with mathematics teachers has important practical and theoretical value.This paper takes the students of the 34 th Middle School in Guiyang City,Guizhou Province as the research object,based on the American customer satisfaction model,and constructs a model of junior high school students' satisfaction with mathematics teachers,so as to obtain the factors that affect junior high school students' satisfaction with mathematics.These indicators mainly include six indicators: teacher quality,student expectations,teacher image,teaching quality,student complaints,and student loyalty.Through questionnaire surveys,we understand the current situation of junior high school students' satisfaction with mathematics teachers,use SPSS and Excel to perform statistical analysis on relevant data,then calculate the weights of relevant indicators,and finally analyze the statistical results of the questionnaire data through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,it is concluded that the degree of satisfaction of factors affecting high school students' satisfaction with mathematics teachers is as follows: teacher quality>student expectations>teacher image>teaching quality>student complaints>student loyalty.Aiming at the status of teacher quality satisfaction:(1)establish correct Student outlook,treat students fairly and fairly;(2)Strengthen one's own moral cultivation and take the initiative to improve one's own moral quality.Aiming at the status quo of teacher image satisfaction:(1)Strengthen the construction of teachers' own reputation and improve student satisfaction;(2)Increase teaching enthusiasm and improve their own external image.Aiming at the status quo of satisfaction with teaching quality:(1)Consolidate the professional literacy of mathematics and enhance the ability of educating people;(2)Enrich the theoretical knowledge of education and improve the professional literacy of education;(3)Lifelong learning and reflection on growth.
