The accuracy of the tennis shot is a reflection of the tennis players' sports skill level.Only with a precise sense of visual space can the players hit a precise hitting line and make a high-quality and threatening return shot in the training and competition.How to improve the accuracy of hitting is a key problem in tennis training.The routine tennis teaching and training is generally free hand imitation,repeated swing,multi-ball practice,wall practice,serve area two-person fight and other routine training methods,the training mode is old and old-fashioned,lack of innovation.When the young tennis players master the basic technical movements,the overall skills of the slow pace of improvement,breakthrough difficulties,resulting in actual combat level is not strong.Investigate its reason,did not have to the tennis skill movement pattern thorough analysis.Among them,the visual factor of sport is an important factor affecting the batting accuracy.This research through the development of international sports training visual attention and research,and the children's amateur tennis players,analyzes the technology of forehand,demand analysis corresponding technical action links visual ability,application of visual movement vision training ability of children's amateur tennis players,the influence of the accuracy of the forehand.This paper adopts the method of experimental comparison and is divided into two rounds.Thirty amateur tennis players of zhengzhou maidong children's tennis club and 21 st century children's tennis club were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group received normal training.The experimental group received 8 weeks of visual exercise intervention normal training,training 3 times a week,20-30 minutes each time.Through the visual training plan,this paper analyzes the visual ability of children tennis players in the forehand hitting technique link,tests the success rate and scoring rate of the control group and the experimental group before and after the forehand hitting link experiment,and USES the mathematical statistics method to analyze the results.After removing the relevant interference factors,the study came to the following conclusions:1.Through the experiment of six visual parameters,the comparison between the control group and the experimental group showed that after the visual training intervention in each stage,the number of forehand hits into the zone and the hitting scores of the tennis players of children were improved.2.By comparing the data under the intervention of visual ability of sports,it is found that the influence on the success rate of forehand stroke entering the zone of young amateur tennis players is in the order of eye-foot coordination ability,eye-hand coordination ability,depth perception ability,focus ability,visual tracking ability and peripheral consciousness perception ability.Similarly,the influence of sports visual ability on forehand stroke score of children tennis players is in the order of eye-foot coordination ability,eye-hand coordination ability,depth perception ability,tracking ability,peripheral awareness and focusing ability.3.Through the experimental comparison,it was found that the difference of success rate and score between the experimental group and the control group was higher than that between the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group made significant progress.4.Through visual training of sports,children tennis players can significantly improve their comprehensive visual ability and spatial sense in the forehand stroke,and their judgment ability in staring at the ball,predicting,hitting and following the stroke is significantly improved.5.Sports vision training can improve the spatial perception of young tennis players on the court,as well as the tracking ability,focusing ability,depth perception,peripheral awareness and eye-hand and eye-foot coordination ability.Sports visual training can improve the accuracy of forehand stroke of children tennis players.6.Through the intervention of sports visual training,the success rate and score of forehand hitting of the male players in the experimental group were higher than that of the female players.Similarly,the overall batting success rate and score of the experimental group were higher than those of the male players in the control group,and the female players in the experimental group were higher than the female players in the control group.Sports visual training means and methods can be extended to the training of amateur tennis skills.suggestion:The theoretical knowledge of sports visual training is carried through into children's amateur tennis training,so that children's amateur tennis players can learn and understand the role of visual function in tennis training.Combined with the physiological growth characteristics of the children's amateur tennis players,this paper analyzes the movement patterns of the forehand tennis ball technique,finds the visual ability parameters used,and strengthens visual training.To explore a new method of tennis visual training.For example,the tennis court color division,making different colors of tennis,combining ophthalmic theory knowledge with training and so on.In view of the disadvantage of children's amateur tennis players,the author makes and develops easy to operate visual training methods and methods,and suggests that it should be vigorously promoted in the training of netting competitive projects.
