Objective: In this paper, circadian rhythms change on the influence of the adolescent athletes men's tennis forehand and backhand shot accuracy, find out their circadian rhythms change rule, for the coaches to better training plan and arrange training content, make the athlete achieve the best effect of training to provide theoretical reference basis.Methodology: Select her post development zone 12 international tennis school youth men's tennis athletes as experimental object,in a random cross experiment design,in two separate periods,8:30—9:30 AM and 17:30—18:30PM a series of tests of athletes, the test content including: forehand and backhand shot accuracy testing; The basic variables were temperature, resting heart rate and blood pressure.Physical fitness tests: grip strength, vertical jump,10-meter dash, agility,The cognitive test is mainly the TMT system A and B system.Through the analysis of the data obtained, the effects of daily cycle rhythm changes on the accuracy of forehand and backhand strokes of young male tennis players were compared.1.Results: 1.In the accuracy of the tests, the forehand and backhand shot at forehand and backhand accuracy were 6.0 ± 3.1 and 5.3 ± 1.9 relative to the morning forehand and backhand accuracy of 5.1 ±2.2 and 4.5 ±2.8,improved,and showed significant differences(p < 0.05).On the afternoon of the effectiveness of the forehand and backhand were 13.7±3.5 and 14.1±2.61 relative to the effectiveness of the forehand and backhand morning 12.6 ±2.8 and 12.7 ±3.1 has improved, and showed significant difference(p < 0.05).2.The basic variables: quiet condition on the morning of the mean temperature of36.10±0.42 ?,the afternoon was 36.62±0.54 ?,the afternoon is relatively high in the morning, and there are significant differences(p < 0.05);The resting heart rate was 65.7 ± 5.6 times /min in the morning,68.0 ± 2.5 /min in the afternoon, and significant difference(p < 0.05).Systolic blood pressure was 116.91±11.72 mm Hg in the morning, afternoon, systolic blood pressure was 114.58±14.24 mm Hg in the morning and afternoon of diastolic blood pressure did not show significant differences(p > 0.05),diastolic blood pressure is 67.50±10.28 mm Hg in the morning and afternoon diastolic blood pressure of 68.83 ± 11.96 mm Hg,morning and afternoon diastolic blood pressure did not show significant difference(p > 0.05).3.Athletic ability: in the test of grip strength, the average test score in the afternoon was 29.7±7.0 kg,with a significant difference(p < 0.05)compared with 26.9±6.4 kg in the morning. The average test score of the vertical jump was 23.40±3.29 cm,which was higher than 22.56±3.50 cm in the morning, and showed a significant difference(p < 0.05).In the afternoon, the test score of the sensitivity test was 6.68± 0.48 s,which was faster than 7.61±0.64 s in the morning, and the difference was significant(p < 0.05).During the 10-meter sprint test, the average test score of the afternoon was1.94±0.05 s,which was higher than that of 1.97±0.08 s in the morning, and there was a significant difference(p < 0.05).4.Cognitive performance: in the morning the reaction time of the test value of 439±20.4 ms,afternoon reaction time test scores was 420.1±35.1 ms,afternoon reaction time relative to reaction time faster in the morning, and showed significant difference(p < 0.05);TMT attachment A and B test system test scores were 23.1 ±1.8 in the afternoon and 46± 6.3 relative to the morning of the test scores were 25.2 ± 1.3 and1.3 ± 4.62 has obvious enhancement, and present A significant difference(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.In the accuracy test of forehand stroke, the research results showed that both accuracy and effectiveness were better than that of morning in the afternoon test.2.In the test of accuracy of backhand shot,it was found that both accuracy and effectiveness improved significantly in the test performance in the afternoon compared with that in the morning.3.day period rhythms of juvenile men's tennis player influence cognitive performance and physical quality, and test performed better in the afternoon, and present a significant difference in the morning.Suggest:Found in this study,a group of young men's tennis athlete, either in the forehand and backhand shot accuracy testing, physical quality testing as well as the cognitive performance tests both in the afternoon, the test performance is better than the morning test, from the Angle of improve training effect, proposed to the main content of the training arrangement in the afternoon, but considering the uncertainty of time athlete match, athletes race may be early in the morning,so from the point of view of the game, also want to arrange the proper training in the morning,in order to improve the adaptability of athletes in the morning, such ability can show a good competitive state. In this study has some limitations of worth mentioning, because of the busy schedule of training athletes, our sample size is limited,it is recommended to study further after sample size to further verify the experiment research results; In this study,we only selected two time periods of the whole circadian rhythm, and it is suggested that the influence of other different time periods of the day on the performance of exercise can be further explored in subsequent studies.
