| In the tennis hitting technique, the baseline forehand and backhand is regarded as the most basic and the most important hitting technique, and the accuracy of the baseline forehand and backhand can directly reflect the skill level of the forehand and backhand.Accurate hitting point is not only the goal of college tennis students to improve the hitting skills of forehand and backhand, but also an important factor in the competition to be able to take the initiative and seek victory. As a new training concept,SAQ training is gradually being widely used.It can help athletes enhance the signal transmission rate of neurons and motor skills,so as to improve sports performance, which has been recognized by researchers. In this paper, various research methods such as literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis were adopted to study the influence of SAQ(Speed,Agility and Quickness)training on the accuracy of forehand and backhand hitting of college tennis students.By introducing SAQ training into the special class of tennis in colleges and universities, the teaching experiment is designed to explore the relationship between speed, agility and responsiveness and the accuracy of tennis strokes.Quantify the accuracy of tennis stroke by using the accuracy test in the ITN International Tennis Association tennis grade test system, and the test results before and after the training are compared and analyzed.Look for the positive effect of SAQ training concept on improving the accuracy of tennis shots. In order to enrich the special teaching and training practice of tennis in colleges and universities, and provide new ideas for the introduction of new training methods to improve the teaching quality and effect of special courses of tennis in colleges and universities, and provide referable practical basis for the improvement of the accuracy of the forehand and backhand hitting of college tennis students. After the experiment, the data measured in the experiment were compared and analyzed to reach the following conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of experiment, the test scores of the experimental group and the control group in the 20-meter sprint,"T" shape test and 15 s ankle jump test were improved compared with before the experiment. The results of the experimental group showed significant differences between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group, and the results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, indicating that SAQ training had a more positive effect on improving the speed quality, sensitivity quality and rapid response ability of the subjects.(2)After 8 weeks of experiments, the test scores of the experimental group and the control group in the accuracy of positive tennis shots were improved to varying degrees compared with the before the experiment tests.Compared with the control group, the results of the forehand hit in the experimental group showed a significant difference, indicating that SAQ training had a better effect than conventional physical training in improving the accuracy of forehand hitting for college tennis special students.(3)After 8 weeks of teaching experiments, the test scores of both groups of subjects in tennis with both hands backhand hitting accuracy improved compared with before the experiment.Compared with the control group, the results of the experimental group showed a significant difference in the post-test results of two-handed backhand strikes, indicating that SAQ training had a better effect than conventional physical training in improving the accuracy of two-handed backhand hitting by college tennis special students. |
