With the rapid development of China's economy and the proposal of "Made in China 2025",the "machine substitution" project will bring a rare historical opportunity to the processing and manufacturing industry.The rapid development of the industrial robot industry has brought huge demand for industrial robot operators,commissioning personnel,maintenance personnel and other job skills.However,there are many problems in the current graduates of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools,which cannot meet the needs of corporate positions,and there is an urgent need for curriculum reform.Based on the theory of action-oriented and the status quo of research at home and abroad,this paper proposes the development of a career-oriented industrial robot course based on action orientation.Firstly,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,on-site visit,expert discussion and other methods,the paper analyzes the status of talent demand for industrial robots and the ability requirements of positions,and investigates the problems existing in the teaching of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools.The development of industrial robot courses,the development of curriculum standards and the design of teaching cases provide a scientific basis;then the students' comprehensive professional ability is taken as the course goal,the typical work tasks are determined by analyzing the specific job requirements,and the key occupations are integrated from the typical work tasks.The ability to carry out the induction of the field of action,and then to achieve the transformation into the field of learning,and on the basis of learning context design;and then according to the requirements of the curriculum standards and norms,the development of the standard of the vocational-oriented industrial robot course based on action-oriented;The specific task of “Application of Welding Robots” in “Situation 4: Typical Application of Industrial Robot Programming”,the design and teaching demonstration of specific teaching cases,provides examples for related research.According to the shortage of skilled talents in the industrial robot industry and the problems of the teaching of the industrial robot course in the middle vocational school,this paper proposes the development of the action-oriented industrial robot course,designs the curriculum content based on the post ability,formulates the corresponding curriculum standards,and designs and implements.A specific teaching example.The research of this paper makes a useful exploration for the application of action-oriented teaching in the teaching of professional courses of secondary vocational processing,which can provide reference and reference for the development of industrial robot courses in secondary vocational schools.
