Under the background of digital transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the demand for high-tech and skilled talents of industrial robots is increasing.Secondary vocational schools,as an important base for cultivating talents of industrial robot application skills,play a crucial role in filling the talent gap.However,the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools is difficult to meet the demand of intelligent manufacturing industry for high-tech talents.Therefore,it is urgent to reform and improve the curriculum of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools.Integrated Application of Industrial Robots is the core of the secondary vocational school industrial robot technology applications professional courses,to develop industrial robot application skills talents have key support effect,but at present the course and teaching course content organization way of scattered,single teaching method,course evaluation problems such as monotonous.This paper takes the course development of Integrated Application of Industrial Robots in secondary vocational schools as the research theme,deeply analyzes the difficulties and pain points of the course,and systematically develops the course of Integrated Application of Industrial Robots based on the work process to meet the needs of skilled personnel training of industrial robots.It mainly includes the following research contents:(1)Application system research industrial robot manufacturing industry talent demand and jobs and the talent training scheme and teaching status quo of secondary vocational school,indepth analysis of the secondary of the curriculum construction and teaching integration of industrial robot application status quo,summed up there are secondary Integrated Application of Industrial Robots teaching exists many problems,The typical tasks of integrated application of industrial robots are summarized to provide key data support for the development of the course Integrated Application of Industrial Robots which meets the needs of skilled personnel training of industrial robots.(2)In view of the curriculum development requirements,robot at home and abroad for reference,the education curriculum development theory and experience,with industrial robot to the robot enterprise talent demand,recommends the accommodation and the student innovation ability training as a starting point,from the concept of curriculum development,and the working process of the systematic aspects,system research secondary vocational school curriculum development related theory.(3)Based on the relevant theories and research results of the systematic course development of work process,firstly,the typical work process and action field of integrated application of industrial robots are summarized,and the learning field is defined as Integrated Application of Industrial Robots;Secondly,combined with the law of students’ career growth,design four learning situations with progressive difficulty;Thirdly,through the coupling of typical working process and universal working process,curriculum resources are developed and curriculum evaluation scheme is formulated.Finally,the teaching practice research of Integrated Application of Industrial Robots course in secondary vocational schools is carried out with the learning situation of shell coating application as an example,to verify the development effect of Integrated Application of Industrial Robots course based on the systematic work process,so as to achieve the optimization goal of industrial robot skilled personnel training.
