| In recent years,the state vigorously advocated vocational education and secondary vocational school education problem become a hot topic in the society,the national quality of secondary vocational school education put forward higher requirements,an urgent need to the development of curriculum of secondary vocational schools to explore suitable teaching method,improve the teaching effect,it has become one of the main research contents of the secondary vocational school.Germany,as a major country in the development of vocational education,has made remarkable achievements in its dual system.Under the guidance of this idea,action-oriented teaching method has developed rapidly and become the main teaching method in secondary vocational courses.On the other hand,in the context of intelligent manufacturing,in order to adapt to the development of national intelligent manufacturing industry,improve the level of industrial production in China,the industrial robot major has been set up in various vocational colleges and universities across the country,the country strives to cultivate high-level,with compound professional skills,talents needed by the society.Under the background of vocational education policy and national intelligent manufacturing,this study innovatively proposes the application of action-oriented teaching method in the course of Industrial Robot Workstation Maintenance.The research idea is to use literature research method,teachers and students interview method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,first of all,from the theory of a deep understanding of the action-oriented teaching method,"Industrial Robot Workstation Maintenance" teaching status quo,thinking about how to achieve the teaching method and curriculum fit higher scheme;Secondly,through specific practice,the teaching program is formulated in line with the characteristics of the course,the needs of enterprises and the ability of students,and strive to improve the teaching effect of the course,so as to better meet the employment needs of enterprises and students.Through the design of the two classes,one class for the experimental class uses the action-oriented teaching method,a class for that in comparative classes according to the traditional teaching method,through the comparison of two classes from different dimensions,explore the action orientation teaching method applied in the industrial robot Workstation maintenance,the advantages and disadvantages of course,points out that the problems should be noticed in the process of implementation,To provide concrete teaching practice experience for the course "Industrial robot Workstation Maintenance".This research mainly includes six parts: The first part is to provide background for this research;The second part is an overview of the action-oriented teaching method and the course "Industrial Robot Workstation Maintenance",which provides necessary theoretical preparation for this study.The third part is to analyze the current situation of talent demand and course teaching of industrial robot enterprises and clarify the research purpose;The fourth part is the teaching design of the action-oriented teaching method applied to the Industrial Robots Workstation Maintenance.According to the specific conditions of students,courses,schools and enterprises,the content is designed reasonably.The fifth part is the teaching implementation and analysis of the teaching results,through student scores and the form of questionnaire,the experimental class and control class are compared,from multiple dimensions analysis of the teaching conclusions;The sixth part summarizes the conclusions of this study and analyzes the shortcomings of the study,providing new ideas for further research.On the one hand,in the actual teaching process,the action-oriented teaching method improves the practical ability of students,enriches the teaching results of teachers,provides valuable experience for educators and learners,and provides a reliable sample for the professional teaching of industrial robots;on the other hand,the teaching method adapts to the goal of education and training,promotes the diversification of educational concepts in secondary vocational schools,and provides theoretical guidance for the research of other teaching methods in secondary vocational school education. |
