Purposes:This study combines physical fitness theory with physical fitness curriculum practice to develop physical fitness curriculum training for young children, study on the influence of physical fitness courses on exercise ability of children aged 3-6 years,so as to further promote physical fitness curriculum in kindergartens. Thus promoting the improvement of young children's physical health.Significance:Through the classroom intervention of physical fitness course training, this study hopes to improve the strength, speed, endurance, coordination, sensitivity, flexibility, balance and other sports ability of young children to enhance their physical health. Therefore,it promotes the kindergarten to carry out physical fitness courses, and also provides theoretical reference for future generations of research. Methods:The main research methods adopted in this paper are literature data method, experiment method, measurement method, and mathematical statistics method to measure and analyze the data before and after the experimental intervention.Results:(1).Control group and experimental group 6 sports ability indicators before and after the test results were analyzed by T test, the results are: before the experiment:10m turn back running P = 0.240,standing long jump P = 0.832,tennis throw P =0.621,walking balance beam P =0.245,continuous running of both feet P=0.835,sitting body flexion P=0.699,P values of 6 sports ability indexes were P>0.05,no significant difference;after experiment: 10 m folding back running P=0.040,standing long jump P =0.037,tennis throw P=0.035,walking balance beam P=0.014,continuous jumping of feet P=0.903,sitting body flexion P=0.277.10 m foldback running, standing long jump, tennis throwing, walking balance beam, these four sports ability indicators,P < 0.05 with significant difference. There was no significant difference between the continuous jumping of the feet and the forward flexion of the sitting body P>0.05.(2).After the experiment, the scores of the six exercise ability indicators in the control group and the experimental group were improved. The overall performance of the experimental group was better than the overall score of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Physical fitness courses and extracurricular sports interest classes have an impact on the development of young children's sports ability.(2)In the development of sports ability, the influence of physical fitness course training on the development of young children's sports ability is generally better than that of extracurricular sports interest classes, and it has a significant effect on speed, coordination, and balanced quality.(3)In the overall effect of actual training, the physical fitness course training effect is generally superior to the extracurricular sports interest class training effect. There are many types of extracurricular sports interest classes and different training projects, which affect the balanced development of young children's sports ability.
