Nowadays,with the rapid development of national fitness,all walks of life attach great importance to the cultivation of children's intelligence,but in the early childhood stage,the cultivation of physical fitness is often neglected by parents.Scientific research has found that active physical exercise in early childhood stage will not affect the normal development of children,on the contrary,it will promote the overall development of children's physical and mental quality.Pre-school children's body is in the stage of rapid development,and their various functions are not perfect.This is the golden period for children's rapid development,and it is also the golden period for guiding children's healthy growth and for children's physical and mental quality.The critical period for laying a good foundation.Therefore,it is of great significance to guide kindergarten children to carry out various kinds of exercises scientifically by adopting scientific training methods to promote the healthy development of children's physical quality.The purpose of this study is to improve children's physical fitness,and carry out 12-week physical fitness exercises for children,to find out the appropriate scientific exercise measures for children at this stage,so as to lay a good foundation for the comprehensive development of children's physical and mental quality.In this paper,the effect of physical fitness training of children in the first kindergarten of high school in Xi'an was studied,and 60 children in the large class of the first kindergarten of high school in Xi'an were taken as test objects(big class 1 as experimental class and big class 3 as control class).By using the methods of literature,expert interview,experimental test,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the height,weight,and continuous jumping of both feet of young children before physical fitness training,closed-eyed,single-legged,fast-running 25 meters,standing long jump,and holding hands in front of physical fitness training,The 8physical fitness indexes of the forward flexion of sitting position were tested and the data were arranged.The 30 children in the experimental class were trained in physical function for a total of 12 weeks.Three times a week(35 minutes each time)and 12 weeks later the subjects were tested for physical fitness.The effect of short-term physical functional training on the physical fitness of young children was studied,and the data before and after training were compared and analyzed.In order to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of health education for young children.The results were as follows: 1.There was no difference in physical fitness indexes between experimental class and control class before training(P > 0.05).Theexperimental group and control group could be used as effective samples.2.The physical fitness index data before and after training in the experimental class was tested,and the results showed that the children in the experimental class before and after physical fitness training were standing in height,weight,closing eyes,standing one foot,standing long jump,and holding up their hands.There was significant difference in the index of forward flexion in sitting position(P < 0.05),in the index of continuous jump of both feet and in the index of fast running 25 meters(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference in the index of forward flexion in sitting position(P < 0.05).3.The physical fitness index data before and after the experiment showed that the children in the control class had significant difference in the index of forward flexion in sitting position before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),and in height,weight,continuous jumping of both feet,closed eyes and one foot,the children in the control class had significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the index of fast running 25 meters,standing long jump and two-hand brace(P > 0.05).(4)there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the indexes of walking height,weight,closed eyes,single foot and two hands(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the data of physical fitness index after training(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference in the index of foot jumping,fast running 25 meters,standing long jump and sitting position forward flexion(P <0.01).Conclusion: physical fitness training follows the children's interests,hobbies and physical and mental development laws.It not only combines with Chinese traditional sports,but also draws on the world excellent sports culture,embodies the nationality,the times,the development and the Chinese characteristics.Physical fitness training can improve the balance ability of young children,and improve the speed,strength,coordination,sensitivity and endurance of young children to some extent,which can be used to enhance the physical fitness of young children.An effective way to develop sports.Physical fitness training is beneficial to develop children's ability of healthy behavior and lifelong physical education,and physical fitness training can change the role and task of teachers.It accords with the modern educational idea and is an integrated education.It is especially prominent in the educational content of cultivating children's learning attitude,motivation,behavior change methods and skills as well as their action ability,and it has very realistic significance in training the children's learning attitude,motivation,behavior change methods and skills as well astheir action ability.The effective development of physical fitness training in kindergartens,on the one hand,standardizes the curriculum of physical education for young children,on the other hand,it is also of profound significance to the physical quality and healthy growth of young children in China.
