Research purpose:Suspension training is to suspend the athlete's limbs,let the athletes move in the horizontal direction,and eliminate the effect of gravity.The body uses elastic suspension ropes to provide the athletes with external force to achieve the purpose of reducing the load.Suspension belts are unstable as a fulcrum.With this unstable support,exercise training with core stability and balance ability can be performed.This paper uses mathematical statistics,experimental research methods,expert interviews,and literature methods.The most important one is the experimental research method.The 24 swimming subjects were randomly divided into three groups by using the TRX suspension training method for 24 swimming special athletes of the 2015 Sports College of Beijing Sport University.Two experimental groups(one static training group,one dynamic training group)are the experimental group,and one group is the conventional onshore core stable training group,that is,the control group.The experiment found that the TRX suspension training method improved the core stability of swimmers.This paper provides a set of training methods for the core stability of swimming special athletes,and provides a little insight into the suspension training for the core core stability training in the future.Trained 2 times a week for 8 weeks.After the experiment,based on the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The core area stability of the two control group athletes(eight-level abdominal bridge,blinking standing,closed-eye standing and other indicators)were significantly higher than the control group athletes,indicating that TRX suspension training can indeed strengthen the core of the athlete's body.Stable stability.(2)Among them,the dynamic training method has a good effect in strengthening the core stability ability of the athlete's body.The core stability ability of the athletes trained by this method is better than that of the static training method.(3)Through the calculation of the scores of the 50 m main leg,it was found that the athletes in the two control groups had significantly improved leg performance.Among them,the dynamic training group improved the legging performance of the athletes more significantly.(4)Due to the short training period,the TRX suspension training method has not been found to have a significant impact on the 50 m main item.Studies have shown that coaches and athletes can use the suspension training method to improve the stability of the core area and improve the main leg performance.
