Research Objectives: This study explores the effect analysis of SET suspension training on the core stability and balance ability of aerobics female college students,and compares its pros and cons with conventional training effects to understand the core stability and balance of SET suspension training on aerobics female college students.Ability to improve the athletic ability of female college students specializing in aerobics.Research Methods: This study adopted the method of literature data,expert interviews,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and experimental methods to conduct a 12-week experiment on 30 female college students specializing in aerobics.Compare the different effects produced by the two different methods,analyze and study the data obtained before and after the experiment,and explore the influence of SET suspension training on the female college students of aerobics.Results :(1)Compared with before the experiment,the 1-minute sit-up(sagittal plane),lateral bridge(frontal plane),lateral throwing ball(horizontal plane)and plank(trunk control force)were significantly improved in the experimental group(suspension training group)and control group(routine training group)(P<0.05).The improvement degree of suspension training group was greater than that of routine training group(P<0.05).(2)Compared with before the experiment,lumbar flexion/extension was significantly improved in the experimental group(suspension training group)and the control group(routine training group)(P<0.05);The improvement degree of suspension training group was greater than that of routine training group(P<0.05).(3)The OSI score,API score and MLI score of the experimental group(suspension training group)were significantly improved after suspension training compared with the test scores before the experiment(P<0.05),but there was no improvement in the conventional training group(P>0.05).The CTT score and ODC score of the experimental group(suspension training group)were significantly improved before and after the experiment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect was better than that of the conventional training group.Routine training significantly improved CTT score,but not ODC score(P>0.05).Research conclusions :(1)In this experiment,both the 12-week SET suspension training and regular training can effectively improve the core stability of female college students in aerobics,and the effect of SET suspension training is better than that of regular training.(2)In this experiment,both the 12-week SET suspension training and conventional training can effectively improve the waist flexion/extension function of female college students in aerobics,and the effect of SET suspension training is better than that of conventional training.(3)In this experiment,the 12-week SET suspension training effectively improved the dynamic balance and balance limit of female college students in aerobics,while the conventional training improved the dynamic balance and balance limit to a certain extent,which has certain limitations. |
