It is widespread for the interaction between teacher and child in the structure game.At present,there are few researches on the teacher-child interaction in the structure game.When studying the interaction between teacher and child in the regional activity,they only regard the structure game as one of the regional activities,so they don't touch on it lightly.Other people conducted a study about the guidance of teachers in the structural games,ignoring the behavior of young children.Therefore,this article takes “The study of teacher and child interaction in the kindergarten structure game”as a research topic,in order to be able to understand the characteristics of kindergarten teacher-child interaction in the structure of the game,and find the existing problems of the interaction between teachers and children in the structure of the game,and make some suggestions for its improvement.In this study,author mainly use the observation method,and use the "Observation Table of Teachers and Children Interactive Behavior in Constructive play" as the main research tool.The dimensions of interaction between teachers and children are defined as the interactive subject,the interactive theme,the act of acting and the feedback behavior,The interaction of the main emotion and the result of interactive behavior.In order to study the difference of interaction between teachers and children in different age groups and teachers at different stages of development,the author choose three Junior Classes,three Middle Classes and three Senior Classes in the kindergarten,According to the standard of 1-3 years were novice teachers,5-10 years were development teachers and 10 Years or more were mature stage teachers,choose a novice teacher,a development stage teacher and a mature teacher respectively in all age groups,the conclusions of the study are as follows:1.In Constructive play,the number of teacher-child interactions initiated by teachers is high,and the number of teacher-child interactions initiated by teachers is small.2.The interaction theme initiated by the teacher is both instructive and imperative.It lacks the theme of comforting young children's emotions and emotional exchanges with young children.3.Different age class exert different behaviors in different ways.The children in Junior Classes mainly take the form of language and body movements,while the children in middle classes and senior classes take language as their main behavior.4.Children's advanced emotional characteristics are most,teachers have the least negative emotional characteristics.5.Novice teacher initiated interaction,children take the initiative to accept the most;child-initiated interactive,novice teachers take the initiative to accept the mostBased on the above findings,the following educational suggestions are made:1.The interaction between teacher and child should base on the observation.2.Create an environment conducive for teacher-child interaction.3.Enhance the professionalism of teachers,improve the level of interaction between teachers and children.4.Improve the comment mechanis of constructive play to prepare for the next event.
